Notice of Painting Work on the South Facing Exterior Wall of the Hotel

Thank you for your continued patronage of Nagoya Crown Hotel, a natural hot spring in the heart of the city.
In order to maintain and improve our facilities, we will be carrying out painting work on the south facing exterior wall of the hotel on the following dates.
During the work, we will pay close attention to safety and noise control. However, construction noise, vibrations, and odors from the paint may be present. Additionally, scaffolding will be installed on the south side of the hotel during the work period.

■ Construction Period: Monday, January 5, 2026 - Thursday, March 19, 2026
■ Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
■ Work Area: Hotel exterior walls (west side of main building, north west side of main building, east side of annex building)
■ Work Details: Scaffolding construction and demolition, pressure washing, exterior wall painting
*Please note that construction may be postponed due to inclement weather or other factors.


・Noise and vibrations may be experienced during construction.
・There may be odors caused by the paint, so please keep opening and closing windows to a minimum.
・Depending on the location of scaffolding, opening and closing windows may be restricted in some guest rooms.
・Even outside of work hours, staff may pass through the scaffolding outside the guest rooms to check the safety of the scaffolding or to carry out emergency work such as removing and attaching scaffolding nets in strong winds.
・Frosted glass sheets have been installed on the windows facing the scaffolding, so the interior of the room cannot be seen from outside, but if you are concerned about shadows being reflected inside, we ask that you keep the curtains closed.

The hotel will remain open as usual during the construction period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

朝食はおいしかった。
Pros:

朝食はよかった。大浴場はよかった。

Cons:

エアコンは送風のみで、風が寝ているポイントに直接当たり、送風を下にすると暑くて寝苦しかった。
駐車場はチェックインが遅くなってしまったので仕方ないが、提携駐車場が満車で、空き待ちの時間ロスが大きかった。

コスパが良く最高です。
Pros:

コスパが良く、部屋も清潔感がありスタッフの対応も良かったです。
朝食もビュッフェで種類も多く美味しかったです。

Cons:

ユニットバスのタオルかバスマットが生乾きだったのか、ユニットバスの中が少し嫌な匂いがしました。
それ以外は全て良かったです。

近隣の飲食店へのアクセスは、良かった

Cons:

・室内に、排水溝の臭いがあり部屋を変えてもらった。顧客が入室する前にスタッフが確認する運用はないようです。
・天然温泉ながら、効能の記載はなく
タトゥー入浴は可能みたいです。『入れ墨の方の入浴はお断り』と記載がありますが、若い方は入れ墨とタトゥーは違う認識のようです。室内スリッパも此方が消毒して別の場所に置いても他の客が履いて行く始末です。客層は、良くないです。
※駐車場の担当の方は、接客マナーがなく『個人駐車場』のような口調で初めての宿泊客に不親切な説明で着く早々気分を害しました。

　お部屋が清潔で良かったです。
また、エアコンやテレビの位置もよく、
快適でした。

　朝食のレストラン四季には トースターがなく、パンを美味しくいただくことができませんでした。
　三蔵には トースターがあったので、とてもパンが美味しくいただけました。
　是非、四季にもトースターを置いてください。　お願いします。
　
　女性の、三の湯が満員で、お風呂に入ることができませんでした。
　一の湯の方が広いのですが、パッと見たところ、三の湯には、女性風呂という表示があり、左側の、一の湯が目立っていないため、団体のお客様がみんな三の湯に入られたと思います。
　もっと一の湯が目立つようにする工夫が必要だと思うのと、こちらの方が大浴場だというアピールも必要かと思います。
　人数的に一の湯は、17名分シャワーがありますが、三の湯には、7名分しかありません。ただ、まっすぐ歩いてくると、三の湯の 女湯 というのれんが大変目立っているので、みんな、そちらにまっすぐ歩いて行きます。
　左の、一の湯に気づかない方も　大勢見えるので、一の湯が 大浴場ということが、みんなにわかるようにするとよろしいかと思います。
　左矢印を大きく書いて、一の湯 大浴場 と、歩いてきたら、自然に大浴場に向かうような工夫をされると よろしいかと思います。三の湯 小浴場 というような書き方も良いかもしれません。
　混雑が避けられると思うので、
よろしくお願いいたします。

I would recommend this hotel and if I return to Nagoya, I will go back!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, close enough to the train station, science, art, sword museums, shrines and the fish market to walk. We enjoy many of the restaurants also in walking distance plus a 7-11 on the corner. The breakfast buffet had vegetarian options and a huge selection. The bath was relaxing and never crowded.

Cons:

My husband is 6'4" and the bathroom was a bit small for him.

名古屋中心地で温泉ありでこのお値段はお得。
Pros:

駅から徒歩5分。飲食店も多く、建物の向かいにはドンキホーテ。食事には困らなかった。
温泉も良かった。芯から温まりました。

Cons:

建物自体は古そうだが、手入れは行き届いており、古さはあまり感じない。
