Liked the staff and how they took care of issues as and when they arose. Especially the safari staff were very nice and knowledgeable and kind.
Sheets were not as clean as we would have wanted. bathroom seemed not thoroughly cleaned after the last stay. ACs. were not operating at good capacity. Even at lowest temperature, I kept sweating the entire night as if the temperature was 25-26 in the month of May.
Excellent service: they offered a more comfortable room for the same price, provide guests with the opportunity to freshen up before or after a safari (even after check-out) and can even provide free transport to the city or train station
They are not particularly good at organizing safaris: an "exclusive tour in a non-touristy location" turned out to be an overnight stay near a couple of dunes, just 2 km from the main road and right next to a village

Ont accepté notre arrivée plus tôt et nous ont laissé la chambre jusqu'à notre réel départ de 16h..très appréciable...
La prestation n'est actuellement pas celle de l'annonce...notamment concernant la piscine qui est fermée...

Lovely hotel, with a great pool. One of the only pools in all of jaisalmer which was a much needed relief from the heat.
The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. To a man they were all so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Staying at Tokyo Palace Hotel in Jaisalmer truly felt like coming home. After a long bus journey, we were warmly welcomed with a delicious masala chai (the best I’ve had in India so far) which immediately set the tone for our stay.
The rooms are very comfortable, with cozy beds and an exceptionally soft blanket. The shower worked perfectly, with hot water available quickly and in good supply.
The food in the restaurant is excellent, and what really makes this place special is the kindness of the people. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.
