Nice place and very close to the city centre
Pros:

Booked a 2 bedroom place for 3 nights. Location is excellent and just a short 5 walk to supermaket and 14min walk to the waterfront.

Rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. Both rooms were provided with small portable heaters while main living area had a split air con for heating. Entire place was carpeted and seemed fresh.

Living room had a small TV, study table, dining table and 2 piece sofa providing ample seating area.

All kitchen appliances were working perfectly and neatly maintained

Parking is provided free of cost and bays are allocated once you check-in.

Overall very good value for money and nice place for a short stay. Would come back here for our next Tassie holiday

Cons:

Downside - Internet was terrible and we had to use our own mobile service in the rooms. The receptionist did inform us during check-in about the issue as well.

Pros:

It was very sizeable two bedrooms unit. A pretty large area for the kitchen and dining. A large live room too. Very happy for our stay.

Cons:

Only one thing we didn't like was, it is located just next to a busy highway, a bit of noisy. so have to close the windows all the time.

Close to the city but in tranquil surroundings. A great feel to the older style buildings.
Pros:

Very helpful lady on reception. The room was very comfortable and quiet at night. The surroundings are most pleasant and in a garden/park setting.

Cons:

The room description should highlight that it is up two flights of stairs and no lift access. Lingering odour in the bathroom. Probably from the toilet area.

The property was worn and in need of maintenance. The view from the kitchen window was weeds. One bedroom downstairs with the only toilet and bathroom located upstairs. We expected better value/quality for the price of $525 for one night.
