Check-in between 12:00 and 14:30 is possible for a supplement of 10 EUR, payable at check-in.

PARA NO VOLVER: CALIDAD/PRECIO injustificable.
Pros:

Sólo que las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

La limpieza pésima con restos de suciedad por el suelo, pelos, etc.
La segunda noche todos los restos seguían en la habitación en el mismo sitio-no limpiaron el suelo de la misma.
El baño deteriorado y el suelo se pegaba a la suela de los zapatos (tanto en el baño como en la habitación).
Un ascensor no funcionó los tres días que estuvimos.
La elaboración de las facturas les costó más de lo normal. Estuvimos 45 min. en recepción y nos fuimos sin que nos la dieran hasta la noche, sin tiempo de espera-atendiéndonos solo a mi compañera y a mí.
El buffet limitado y sin mantelitos de papel que cubrieran las mesas.

Staff were great and very friendly, location was perfect snd convenient for travel on the metro and the beds were comfy

Cons:

Lots of noise, I think the seal on the windows was going and so letting in lots of noise from outside. Also mould was on the ceiling in the bathroom

Trop chère comparé à la qualité de service proposé
Pros:

Lit confortable, pas de bruit le matin, bon emplacement quand vous devez allez au Fira Gran Via, 15 minutes en taxi du centre ville

Cons:

Sous vêtement retrouvé derrière les rideaux à mon arrivée, salle de bain datant des années 2000, ménage à revoir sincèrement
