Raffles Makati

It is amazing to go from a "dive resort" to a well-deserved luxury. The staff is impeccably trained and will do whatever is necessary to make the stay pleasant. The rooms take one back intime with untold elegance and voices of those that have stayed. Our only regret is that we never have more than a day to enjoy this experience. We had to leave early and asked for a "continental breakfast." What a feast and at the exact time. Upon checkout, Gloria was amazing for so early in the morning. Her smile radiated and had a genuine care for us. The people are kind and courteous. I couldn't recommend a finer hotel.

Everything in this Premiere hotel is excellent. As In Everything! The reception says about the wonderful things we can expect from our overnight stay. From the room- the smallest in the category but then still excellent for our standards-- to the welcome video production greeting me on my 60th bday, to the toilet and bath and walk in closet, to the view of greenbelt center from our window and of course- the many freebies that were given to us upon checking in, like the cakes and greeting cards.

The Mireo was likewise a great deal for our breakfast. An endless array of pastries and a formal breakfast buffet lay out fit for royalty!
The spa- with sauna , steam and pool ( hot/cold) were excellent. Too bad we spent just 30 mjns here as it was already closing.
The outdoor pool was very good for its size and the lounging areas around it. Cocktails were as good as Mireo!

We would definitely spend our next family milestone here. It's all worth it! And I would say it's like spending a staycation in a first world country with a PhP price point !

The Team, starting from Ms Arianne Chavez who coordinated by booking reservations as well as coordinating the special arrangements since our stay coincides with my wife's birthday and out 12th wedding anniversary.

Your Team as well was very proactive in making changes in my booking reservations due to the sudden need for my eldest to play for Barca Academy in the ongoing Unity Cup.

Lastly, Marcel was super accommodating! Making sure all arrangements are set and executed well as planned. And for that i am truly grateful and thankful to your Team!

Our graduation celebration was very pleasant and we appreciate the graduation gifts and complimentaries.

Always loved staying here whenever I visit Manila and even more now that we have our own family with 2 babies, Raffles Makati proves to cater the best customer service and hospitality through all guests! Had the pleasure to enjoy the presidential suite and Filipino hospitality remains top notch from the check in process with Ana, the bellboys who assisted us through and our guests access going up and even receiving our packages/gift deliveries with the lead of Arci, our lovely butlers Sebastian, John & Uno who took such good care of us from the start to enjoy our despedida in manila definitely made our last stay a cherry on top of the trip ! The suite was perfect for families with the big space and beautifully designed home feels to cater to guests and welcomed with hearty treats, and drinks from happy hour to the evening cocktails up until breakfast room service through Peter & Akiko to some compliments from Raffles team - to setting up our crib for out little one and butler service catering to our family and friends needs through out the night as we partied our last night, Sebastian and John was so responsive with our needs, uniquely assisting whatever we needed. made us amazing cocktails, served us everything we needed for comfort and enjoyment and Uno equally tookover the same morning from the last minute requests, room transfers, late check outs and breakfast room service as we even accommodated some friends visiting before we headed back to LA. It was truly another memorable experience and the perfect hotel for us to enjoy as family with the beautiful private amenities and pool area our toddler enjoyed so much/ kuya John Mark even made extra mile to assist on providing our kid some floaters & swimming favors and made sure we were hydrated with the heat. We enjoyed the drinks especially the Singapore Sling we usually enjoy every stay, the dining experience at Mireio from dine in to room service- We had the comfort of being at the heart of the city, enjoying our stay back home close to our favorite malls , eating at our childhood favorite restaurants and meeting friends as if we’re home because of Raffles Makati. Nothing like a beautiful break enjoying Makati sunset with amazing room views and beautiful suite that made us home with the best team :) Will definitely return again on our next visit and 10/10 recommend booking the suite with your best butlers you could have and the whole Raffle team ! Such a warm welcome and send off back in our motherland :)

We have stayed several times when on business visits to The Philippines at Raffles. It never disappoints. The service is always exemplary and people are genuinely kind and friendly. The suites are huge (if you can splash out for one) and both the care and detail is remarkable. Special mention must be made of our concierge John, a great man and the staff at Munro, the restaurant in Raffles. Thank you to Jamie, Ella, MG, Angel, Juliana and I giro for making this trip and my birthday, so special. See you soon! Thanks for everything.

Amazing experience . The staff is as very attentive to every request/ they were intentional and accommodating. The hotel was very sophisticated.

Our stay at Raffles Makati was truly an unforgettable experience and without a doubt the best hotel experience we have ever had.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The room was beautiful, elegant, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. Every part of the hotel reflected luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and sincerely welcoming. The communication with both the Concierge and Butler teams was absolutely perfect throughout our entire stay. Everything was organized seamlessly, including our airport transfer, which was handled flawlessly.

We would especially like to thank Butler Uno, Jayson from Mireio, the Concierge team members Julian Phillip, Trisha, Bryant, and Cielo Rodero for their outstanding service and kindness. A very special thank you also goes to Mr. Lapuz for the wonderful and insightful tour through the hotel’s art collection.

The cocktails at the Long Bar were excellent and became one of the highlights of our evenings.

To everyone at Raffles Makati: thank you for making our stay so memorable. It was a truly perfect experience for us, and we sincerely hope to return one day.

Absolutely nothing to complain about at this hotel. Every interaction with staff was pleasant, they went above and beyond. Special thanks to Butlers John and Julio, Sheena, Cyrid and Dustin who ensured that our stay was extra special.

Breakfast was also excellent in Mireio daily. Continental buffet, with all hot food items cooked to order. This meant that all food was at a high quality - the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel breakfast

An absolute gem in the city! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the Makati Skyline.

Butler Sebastian, our main butler together with his teammates (butler Uno) made everything so seamless and gave as a top notched service, their attention to detail was also commendable.

My sister and I treated ourselves to a relaxing Mother’s Day staycation. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were so spoiled and pampered by Sebastian, Dustin, Gail and the rest of the staff. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Would not stay at any other Hotel in Manila. The rooms at the Raffles are large and very comfortable but what is Exceptional about this property is the staff that run it. From the Butler’s Sebastian and Uno to the breakfast staff Jamie and Grace to the Reception Marc. Wow Wow Wow. The list goes on and on. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We had another exceptional stay with our family and could not thank the entire Raffles staff enough! There is a reason we keeping coming back and this place truly feels like our second home.

This is my second visit to this beautiful property.
Location - very convenient, with huge malls and great restaurant all within walking distance. I had no problem walking in this area after dark.
You can clearly tell this property takes staff training seriously.

We had the most wonderful experience of our lives at this hotel. The staff was so kind, attentive, and more than accommodating. My partner was not feeling well and during our breakfast(which was phenomenal by the way) they made her the most amazing ginger tea! The complimentary tea time was a unique experience as well as the couples massage was wonderful. Last minute we needed to extend our stay due to a flight issue and the hotel manager spoke with us directly and did not hesitate to give us more time. We will absolutely go back and find ourselves reminiscing about this place on a regular basis 😃
