Raffles Makati

My husband and I decided to book a suite at Raffles Makati while our bathroom at home was being regrouted. What started as a practical decision quickly turned into the perfect mini getaway. A chance to rest, relax, and enjoy a few quiet hours together away from the noise of daily life.

We had requested an early check-in since we had also scheduled spa time. There was a small hiccup initially, but the staff resolved it quickly and our suite ended up being ready well before the official check-in time.

To our delight, we were upgraded to a Legacy Suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The space had an elegant yet understated simplicity that made it feel luxurious without being over the top. One charming feature was the cocktail cart in the suite. So perfect for unwinding after dinner.

We were escorted by our butler, Uno, who made sure everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. It was the thoughtful little touches that truly stood out. This was actually the first hotel that offered me a body pillow—something I usually have to bring myself! The cookies, the bedtime tea, and the attentive service all added to the experience.

The spa was wonderful. The mineral salt tub was incredibly soothing for my aching joints, and the massage left us feeling completely relaxed.

Dinner at Mireio was another highlight of our stay. The food was excellent and the service was just as impressive. Special thanks to Lovely for taking such good care of us throughout the meal.

We will definitely be back and next time we plan to stay longer so we can enjoy the pool and more of what Raffles Makati has to offer.

Hotel staff are incredible

The Raffles has always been an experience, and this one is no exception, we decided to take the Artists Suite King as Accor hotel members, and it was well worth it. The suite was very spacious and clean. The service was perfect, with our butlers JP and John taking care of all our needs. Everyone was very nice, polite and kind, and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel in Makati is well situated next to malls. The arts tour with the head butler was also very interesting! Highly recommended for a getaway!

I stayed a full month at Raffles Makati. I have stayed at other outstanding hotels but Raffles’ very personalized service make them truly unique. From the doormen to the butlers assigned to the rooms and the front desk staff everyone made me feel very comfortable during my stay. Special mention to Mark who checked me in to JP who was my butler most of my stay to RC one of the bellmen and to Jhon who cleaned my room… thank you for your personal care and attention during my stay.

This is absolutely one of my favorite hotels. I travel internationally often, and from the US. Ideal for large family gatherings like the wedding i just had—Fairmont is attached and very accommodating. Also comfortable-focused business stays.

So much wonderful staff like Gregory who greets you when you pull up to Ivan who responds to everything outside your room, it is A class service.

The hotel lived up to its famous name. Immaculate service by front of house staff and the butlers assigned to our suite. Gym and pool facilities were amazing and the food and famous afternoon tea and Singapore slings were also fantastic. We regret that our stay was so short. Thanks to the team for the professionalism and dedication.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at Raffles and every time we stayed we always book 2 rooms.
From our first up to recent stay, it's always MARK from reception who assisted us in both checking in and out in all of our stay. every time we stays, MARK never cease to amaze us with his excellent and above beyond service.
I must say that MARK is truly an ASSET to Raffles Makati.
I also like to commend ERIKA from writers bar who gave us an excellent service, ERIKA is such a gem with how she managed to still accommodate the 3 of us even we came at the last minute, and even it's late. ERIKA still showed fantastic professionalism the way she served us. ERIKA's smile and warm service makes us feel welcome even we came at the last minute.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday & 6th month of my granddaughter with a blast.💗🧡❤️. They put special greetings in our room & send us cake . I want to commend our butler Kent & Marcel for accommodating our requests & prompt service. Special mention when we were at the writers bar lounge to Ate Cyril & Kim thats what my granddaughters called them. Thanks for being nice & sweet to my 2 granddaughters. I would like to commend also my sales agent Mr. JC Tapalla for accommodating my dates for the birthday of my daughter..❤️🧡💗. Definitely this hotel is the best hotel we have stayed here in metro manila. We will never get tired of coming back here again & again..

The hotel and the staff were warm and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was central and we felt safe around the hotel with lots of restaurant choices.

We had a lovely afternoon/evening at the Writer’s bar of Raffles Makati enjoying their high tea and evening cocktails. The selection of canapes, scones, and pastries was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. What truly stood out was the attentive and friendly service — the staff member Erika who looked after us was warm, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Outstanding service! Entire staff was welcoming, accommodating, and very professional. Special thanks to our butler Kent! This was our second stay and will be sure to return!

All staff we encountered were kind and accomodating. Butler Sebastian Echano was especially fantastic. His professional but personal service left an excellent impression for our entire family. Very nice and very accommodating! The place is sosyal, elegant, and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Truly a 5-star experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Raffles Makati — everything from the rooms to the service was exceptional and truly lived up to the Raffles standard.

What really stood out was the experience at Writers Bar. The ambiance is lovely, but the team there makes all the difference. Cyril, Kim, and Ayssa were fantastic — warm, attentive, and very welcoming. A special mention to Cyril, who was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to ensure every visit was enjoyable and memorable.

I would highly recommend all Raffles Makati guests to spend time at Writers Bar. It genuinely adds something special to the overall stay

Decided to celebrate our anniversary with a staycation since with our schedules that was all we could do. Chose the Raffles Hotel because we wanted to have a special stay, it is after all our 35th wedding anniversary. The hotel and its staff ( Mark, Mara , Uno and Gail) made sure it was indeed a seamless and enjoyable stay. The afternoon tea was most enjoyable as we could relax and take our time. We didn’t get to enjoy the cocktails to the full because we had dinner plans however we did get to have one drink . Would definitely do this again , hopefully this year again. Cheers to the Raffles Hotel team for not only having a beautiful and elegant hotel but also well trained and friendly staff. Well done.
