Pros:

This was my 3rd hotel in 5 days as I spent time with my dad in stafford hospital. This place was Clean, cute decor, comfortable beds (the only place I got some sleep) bathroom was huge, staff was great, good breakfast, 7 mins to stafford hospital, close to food and shopping as well.

Pros:

Room was a great price and in a nice area. It was clean and the only thing we had an issue with was the toilet bowl sat extremely low. There are not many places for breakfast and quite a bit of Mexican restaurants

The check in person was awesome
Pros:

I was very impressed with the hotel as well as the staff. We were driving from NH to Florida and this was our first stop.

Cons:

The bed was super comfortable, room was clean, the employee who checked us in was knowledgeable and fast. She made recommendations for dinner that was bang on. The breakfast the next day was delicious, I was surprised it was hot ( scrambled eggs, spicy sausage and you could make waffles). The to go coffee was delicious.

Odd smell throughout the place. Ask to upgrade to a suite after seeing size of room and was told there was nothing they could do because I booked through a third party. No benefit to using booking.com. Will not use booking.com ever again.

Pros:

Parking was easy. Breakfast above avg. Room was not cleaned. Shower leaked to the bath area. We did not towels and we used the ones we had for the floor. We requested fresh towels and the front girl got us those. But the wet towels were left on the floor. The rooms need to be cleaned and refreshed every day. Fresh towels. The shampoo and other were basically out.
