Cons:

Most Staff give average service.
The Gentlemen are nicer.

They need to make more effort to speak English or ensure there are representatives on each shift who are good in English communication. There appears to be a gap that affects the service and slows it down.

Standard Ibis szoba
Pros:

Szokásos Ibis szoba, kicsi és kényelmes. Nagy TV, jó takaró. Szép, óceánra néző szoba.

Cons:

Hiába voltunk ketten, csak egy főre volt víz, kávé a szobában. Kifogyott a sampon az adagolóból hajmosás közben. Érkezéskor kaptunk egy welcome drink utalványt. Másnap szerettük volna felhasználni. Átküldtek a szomszédos Mercure hotelba. Ott nem fogadták el az utalványt, vissza akartak küldeni az Ibisbe. Nagyon kellemetlen és kínos érzés volt. Úgy kezeltek, mintha valami visszaélést követtünk volna el. Jobb lett volna, ha nem adják, akkor nem marad a keserű szájíz.
