I like the location and view from my room

Cons:

The Accor group Ibis should try to upgrade themself for the need of Asian customers as most of them do not use tissue paper in the toilet.
Most of the big hotel chains already upgraded and started providing water sprikles along with tissue paper.

Don't leave your bags in the hotel.
Cons:

Just one day quick business trip, got there in the morning, left the bag in the hotel room in the afternoon and went out for dinner, came back in about 2 hours. Checked out and went to the airport the next morning, found out all cash got stolen on the way to the airport. Didn't have time to go back to the hotel. About 1000 rand and 60 usd. So, it will a hotel experience for a lifetime.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un pays magnifique, avec un hôtel propre, accueillant et un personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, tout s’est très bien passé !

La propreté est vraiment nickel. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours, changent les draps et les serviettes et passent l’aspirateur. La chambre est donc toujours propre et bien entretenue.

Le personnel est également au top : très gentil, accueillant et bienveillant. Ils prennent toujours le temps de dire bonjour et de demander si tout va bien, ce qui est vraiment agréable.

L’emplacement est correct, même si ce n’est pas forcément le meilleur point de l’hôtel. Il y a également une piscine, ce qui est très appréciable pour se détendre.

Le restaurant est vraiment très bon et les repas sont bons dans l’ensemble. Petit conseil cependant : personnellement, j’éviterais les hamburgers 😅.

Dans l’ensemble, j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Hôtel propre, personnel adorable et prestations de qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Cons:

Le seul véritable point négatif de mon séjour concerne un problème avec de l’argent laissé dans ma chambre. J’avais une certaine somme d’argent dans la chambre et je ne l’ai pas retrouvée au moment de mon départ. Je ne peux pas affirmer qu’elle a été volée, mais je trouve tout de même regrettable que cela se soit produit. C’est donc un point qui mérite d’être signalé et qui m’a forcément un peu déçue.

El hotel es muy gracioso y comparte espacio, jardines y piscina, con el hotel Novotel que es de categoría superior. Lo mejor el jardín de la zona de piscina y las vistas al mar. El.personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Deberían renovar las toallas, introducir más variedad de productos en el baño, como crema corporal o gel o champú. Había cierto olor a humedad en la habitación.
