Amazing hotel
Pros:

The room service is excellent, and compared to other hotels in Dubai, the food quality is also very good; all the food was delicious for lunch, dinner, and breakfast.

Cons:

The guest service is very poor. I hope they improve the service at reception. The employee's behavior during check-in was very bad, and we weren't welcomed in a nice way.

الفندق الجميل جدا
1. الغرف واسعه والأثاث جديد وأنيق والديكور والإضاءات روعة، الحمام كرمتوا واسع جداً.
2. مستوى النظافة ممتاز في الغرف وخدمه التنظيف.
3. موقع الفندق ممتاز مابين البزنس بي والداونتاون، يعني في غمضه عين تلقى نفسك في بوليفارد الشيخ محمد بن راشد ❤️
4. مناسب جداً للعائلات، انا حاجز في اجازة عيد الأضحى الفندق كله عوائل يعني أجواء جميلة.

الفندق جميل جداَ ، بس:
1. مافيه حوض سباحه للأطفال، حوض واحد مشترك للكبار والصغار، وعمق الحوض 1.5 متر، يعني للاطفار يحتاجون مرافق وأيضا جاكيت السباحه.
2. منطقة اللوبي عند إيقاف السيارة ضيق جداً.
