Very great location for a nice and relaxing stay in Lisbon
Pros:

We arrived very late at night, the staff were somehow welcoming and helpful. At the start, the staff made a mistake in assigning the rooms, and when they changed the rooms, they did not move the welcome pastry, also made a mistake and assigned a wrong class of room for one of the 2 rooms we reserved! Anyways, they were helpful to correct their mistake :)
Breakfast was ok, in a nice setup. Expected more from a 5* hotel, but fine.

Cons:

The bathroom of both rooms did not have proper space for putting towels, clothes...
The amenities were way lower than what expected in a 5* hotel.
We were told the bar on the top of the tower is open, when we went there we were told it's closed for renovation!
The bar in the lobby floor (river lounge) was extremely slow, with mistakes, and nothing special.
