Personnellement, j'ai trouvé que le personnels étaient trop empressés pour les diverses règlements exemple le dîner bien que j'y étais pour plusieurs nuits où un simple café en terrasse, dommage !

An impressive hotel with the best view in Lisbon.
Pros:

Overall, a very impressive hotel with the best few in Lisbon. We were on the 18th floor, which overlooked the longest bridge in Europe. The hotel, which is very impressive because it’s one of the, if not the tallest building in Lisbon. This is truly a luxury hotel with incredible views. It’s located in the newer part of town. You’re greeted by well spoken and professional doorsmen. After entering into the hotel, you are immediately impressed by the view, looking upwards to 20 floors with what appear to be jellyfish type lighting structures. The elevators are clear so you not only get a view of the waterway, but also the interior of the hotel. The room was spacious with extremely comfortable beds, and bedding was top notch. My only complaint was that if you wanted privacy, the sitting room with beds was separated by the bathroom by two curtains. As mentioned previously about the breakfast, I would definitely agree that this was well worth it and not to be missed. Adjacent to but not affiliated with the hotel is a bar that actually looks over the hotel. You have to pay €15 per person for a drink at the top. Nothing to write home about except for the view. Outside the hotel there is a row of restaurants. There is also a gondola that travels along the water side from near the hotel down to an aquarium. I would say that the aquarium was average .There are also.nice pathways for those that like to jog or walk along the waterway. The electronics that control the lighting and the blinds work very well. There are two sets of blinds one which was opaque, the other translucent. I rarely eat dinner at a hotel but decided to eat at the river lounge restaurant at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that the quality and service was top-notch. I had the veal which was cooked to perfection. One thing I would not miss is the dessert called the chocolate sphere. A wonderful stay at a great hotel with great service!

Del alojamiento me encantó la habitación , el spa , la limpieza, las vistas del edificio y la cercanía a restaurantes , paseos , centro comercial .

Cons:

No me gustó la atención excesiva en el restaurante por parte del personal , tampoco me gustó la chica que está en el spa , le pedí información y no me respondía acerca de los servicios que ofrecía mediante pago, era como si le molestara que le preguntase , solo me dijo que no entraba nada y no me dijo precio a pesar de mi insistencia ; con lo cual no pude decidirme por ningún servicio adicional .
Me contestó bastante mal y no me respondió a mi pregunta acerca del precio de los servicios que no estaban incluidos gratuitos . Tampoco nos saludaba y casi siempre estaba hablando por teléfono .

TERRIBLE ! Et dans les deux sens.
Pros:

Cet établissement est vraiment d'une beauté d'architecture contemporaine moderne avec une vue époustouflante sur le fleuve le Tage. Et c'est ce qu'on aime bien entendu le plus. La chambre était très belle et nous avons fort apprécié le Spa malgré ce qui est arrivée (voir avec l'hôtel et ces prélèvements financiers de mon compte qui n'ont heureusement pas aboutis !)... Nous sommes venus à cet hôtel et à ce Spa pour un moment de bien-être un doux week-end ... mais qui a été perturbé le samedi 2 mai à 20h39 et à 20h41 ...

Cons:

Cette tentative de prélèvement de 250 € et de 220 € sans mon autorisation (voir l'écrit à cet hôtel quii devrait intéresser vos clients). Si il n'y avait pas eu ça, ma compagne et moi, aurions eu un souvenir mémorable de cet hôtel et de ce SPA. C'est dommage cet empressement à vouloir prendre ce qui ne se peut pas ... tout en énervant ses clients qui sont présents pour un bien-être (wellness) si important de nos jours.
