A simpatia e eficiência de todos os funcionários bem como a limpeza e arrumação

Cons:

A espera de quase 30 minutos para poder tomar o pequeno almoço. Apesar de ter sido uma situação pontual e todo o staff ter feito o possível e impossível para resolver a questão, a mesma devia ter sido prevista.

A localização do hotel é excelente. A vista do nosso quarto era muito, muito boa. Também apreciamos bastante a banheira de hidromassagem no quarto. A limpeza do quarto e o conforto da cama era 5 estrelas.

Cons:

No que respeita ao pequeno almoço, eu preferia que o café, leite e outras bebidas estivesse à disposição para que cada um se servisse, em vez de termos que pedir. Não digo que isto esteja mal. É apenas uma questão de gosto pessoal.

Precisa de muita atenção em relação ao preço e as estrelas dadas ao hotel.
Pros:

Sem dúvida o atendimento, e o espaço “spa wellness”

Cons:

Vazamento de água no quarto e o autoclismo na funcionar…. Ar condicionado mesmo no máximo não aquecia nada no quarto. Adicionei um pacote romance com champanhe e decoração com rosas no quarto, e só estava a decoração e nada do champanhe sendo que só isso foi cobrado 50€ tudo junto foi 185€….
