Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and ensure you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The best hotel I have ever stayed at in my 50 plus years traveling. They made you feel like royalty.

Cons:

The only thing I did not care for was the carpet in the room. Everything else was amazing.

Pros:

Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast spread is quite good. Staff are generally ok but there were mistakes which they corrected it timely.

Cons:

Location is a little further from the city but generally ok because it is near the waterfront
