What a beautiful hotel! The room layout is unique and maximizes the river view, which was spectacular. From the hanging chair to the bed to even the shower, being able to take in the view was wonderful. The staff were all very wonderful and perfectly attentive. They met me at the uber to bring in my luggage, stored it while I waited for my room (as I was quite early) then brought it up to my room. Similarly easy to store my luggage after check out, as our bus wasn’t leaving until the evening. We also enjoyed chocolate and wine in the evening, and the breakfast was fantastic- one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The fresh fruit was so fresh and good, and good variety to meet every breakfast desire. The restaurant area for breakfast was also so beautiful, with the option for inside or outside dining and all overlooking the river. We stayed just one night as a transition, and wished for more time.
I also enjoyed a massage on the first day and the spa was fantastic. Even if you don’t want to add on extra services, the pool/sauna area is relaxing and worth the visit. I enjoyed it so much I got a facial the next day and relaxed at the spa after checking out.
The only small thing was that we enjoy a pretty cold temperature when sleeping and the room, while comfortable generally, didn’t quite get as cool as preferred.

No momento da reserva para mim a localização era o mais importante e de facto é excelente. Mas tudo no hotel foi impecável, Logo ao chegar um serviço de valet muito profissional e eficiente, a simpatia dos funcionários da recepção ou no pequeno almoço (com muita variedade de opções e profissionalismo dos empregados). O quarto foi upgrade e era excelente com uma vista linda sobre o rio. Ao voltar do evento estava uma pequena oferta de doces no quarto. Foi só um dia mas com este tratamento vou de certeza voltar.

Everything was amazing. Lovely people at the reception, room service and in the restaurant during breakfast. They have explained everything and made sure i feel very welcomed. The room was beautiful, view was amazing and the bed comfortable.
