las instalaciones se ven viejas aunque estan remodelando el proceso ha sido lento ya nos hemos hospedado en varias ocasiones.

Pros:

No sabría por donde empezar, me fue excelente en este hotel, la calidad del servicio fue inigualable, la limpieza de la habitación y utensilios fue suprema, la calidad de la comida deliciosa.

La única mejora de la que me percaté es que se debe batallar un poco para que la tarjeta tenga lectura en el ascensor, quizá actualizar el lector del mismo para mayor agilidad....es funcional, pero podría mejorar, es lo único que ví

Pasada rápida y céntrica
Pros:

Es muy céntrico, muy acogedor, bonito, la cama estaba súper bien.

El desayuno bien, era en el segundo piso y tenía varias opciones

El personal es muy cálido y bellísimas personas, el trato fue excepcional.

Cons:

La fachada por fuera no es la mejor, principalmente del lobby hacia arriba(el lobby muy bien).

El tubo de la ducha tenía una fuga, por lo que al abrir la llave del agua tiraba agua a presión y eso hacía mojar todo el piso del baño.

El café del desayuno no me gustó, pero es un tema de gustos.

Fuera de eso, no me puedo quejar. Cumplio su función
