Pros:

It's close to a super market, can walk to the blue mall, and to Weston Churchill avenue, have a breakfast includes, and coffee shop at the lobby

Cons:

The internet intermittent on my room, no door on bathroom, the breakfast included its good, but service only starts at 7 AM, and the TV's are to old, still old LED ones

I didn't like that the hotel doesnt have a secured environment. You cant sleep because of rhe noise from the rooftop club, even if you are staying in a lower level. The staff assisting the breakfast dont have customer service, it was a mess every day I went down for breakfast, there was a little bit of juice left, even though it was 9:00 AM and no staff refilling the stations with juice, coffee or even ice. The room’s bathroom appliances were rusted and looked dirty.

Quedé completamente desencantado con este hotel. La experiencia que tuvimos a nuestra salida fue realmente lamentable y, sobre todo, muy poco profesional.

A mi esposa le llegó la menstruación y, producto de eso, se manchó mínimamente una toalla. Entiendo perfectamente que el hotel pueda tener sus políticas y que, si consideran que corresponde, puedan realizar algún cargo. Sin embargo, nos cobraron US$20 por una pequeña mancha en una toalla.

Lo más desagradable no fue siquiera el cobro, sino la manera en que una de las representantes del hotel manejó la situación. Delante de otros clientes, le vociferó a mi esposa: “Mire, joven, usted tiene un problema, y es que ensució la toalla de sangre con su menstruación.”

¿Era realmente necesario exponerla de esa manera delante de otras personas por algo tan íntimo y natural? Una situación así pudo manejarse perfectamente en privado, con respeto, discreción y profesionalismo.

Y me queda una pregunta: ¿qué hacen finalmente con esa toalla? ¿La desechan o simplemente la lavan y vuelve a utilizarse? Porque si la toalla se lava y continúa siendo utilizada por el hotel, me parece bastante cuestionable cobrar US$20 por una pequeña mancha que, además, se produjo por una situación completamente natural.

No cuestiono que el hotel tenga políticas para proteger sus pertenencias, pero sí cuestiono la falta de tacto, empatía y profesionalismo con la que se manejó esta situación.

Un buen establecimiento no se mide únicamente por sus habitaciones, instalaciones o servicios, sino también por la forma en que trata a sus huéspedes cuando ocurre una situación inesperada.

Me voy muy desencantado con este hotel. La experiencia dejó mucho que desear y definitivamente será algo que tendremos en cuenta antes de volver.
