Climatizador do quarto pingando e correndo água direto. Foi solicitado manutenção e não foi realizado.
Atendimento fraquíssimo na área da piscina. Nenhum funcionário em nenhum momento vai até a área da piscina para solicitar aos usuários se necessitam de algo. Hotel está deixando de receber. Necessidade urgente de ter funcionário sempre presente na área da piscina para o consumo
Colchão de casal mole, horrível de deitar a dois.
Quero retorno urgente da gerência.
