Friendly service, good food, hotel in good condition. Room small, but with a great view. Bathroom a little bit dated, but everything else fine.

zeer fijn hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel maar misten een airco op de kamer zeer erg. Zou je toch mogen verwachten van ****. Heel lekker gegeten in het hotel zelf.

Ville un peu triste. La décoration de la chambre est un peu vieillotte. La porte de la salle de bain est bloquée et le mobilier de la chambre en mauvais état. Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner. Personnel très agréable.

Excellent service. Large, comfortable and modern rooms. Great quality food. Easy to parking.

This hotel is listed as having A/C, but it does not. The temperature was 35 degrees. Fridge in our room was not working. The restaurant basically is no longer open except for guests who request food. No menu to choose from. There was one 3 course option available the day we arrived. Hotel is under new ownership and is up for sale. Owners are doing minimum they need to do while waiting for a sale of the property. This used to be a nice hotel with great staff. Now it is an empty shell with one poor waiter doing the job of 5 people. I will not stay there again. They should not have the "Best Western" name attached to this hotel.

Very spacious and well appointed rooms. It would have been 5 stars all round but there was no bar or restaurant facilities available during our stay and the town centre is a Taxi ride away. Overall though highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again

Nice place with great View Big an comfy rooms

Goed gelegen om wandelingen te starten, beetje onhandig als je naar het oude centrum van de stad wil...

Perfect in the quiet side of town. Near a few restaurants and a sweet bar across the street. Smoking rooms. Wonderful staff. I stay there to get over jet lag every year and then move on to friends in Germany

Wegen einer Familienfeier in Eupen besuchten wir dieses Hotel und waren insgesamt zufrieden, das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück gut. Das große komfortable Zimmer hatte ein neues Bad und separates WC. Vermisst habe ich eine Jalousie oder Vorhang vor dem Badezimmerfenster. Der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer war ziemlich abgenutzt und fleckig. Den sollte man einmal erneuern.

Needed a few repairs, tiles missing in bathroom, shower control missing, so the bath filled at the same time, basin plug jammed in outlet and toilet roll holder missing. Shame I didn't have my tool kit with me.

Niet gek voor een kort verblijf, bijv. na een dagje in de hoge venen. Tikje sleets maar netjes.

De brasserie was niet open, in het restaurant is de menukaart te miniem (en te duur) en wat er opstaat is dan soms niet eens voorradig. De wijnen zijn overigens véél te duur voor de kwaliteit die ze aanbieden. Kortom, er zijn op een wandelafstand véél betere restaurants. Qua vriendelijkheid kan het ook beter.

This large Best Western hotel is in the lower part of Eupen. It's a stiff walk up to the Upper Town, the rail station and most activities. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was given perhaps the best room despite paying a moderate Expedia price. This had a huge bedroom and bathroom, and balcony overlooking the junction of the River Weser and a heavily wooded stream. Most picturesque, ducks paddling past. Much of the decor was unmodernised 1970s. Fridge did not work, minibar list but no minibar. Traffic over the bridge was noisy. On balance a good choice.

Nice hotel frendly people

An old hotel that i guess that back in the days was amazing. However needs a total renovation.

OK for a night

The room was large and had a decent view. Staff were friendly and wished to be helpful. Downside was noise from downstairs - including pounding music till 2 in the morning on one night. I had one meal in the restaurant which I was not satisfied with. Had to send it back as it was not cooked. The restaurant was draughty. There are 2 very good restaurants nearby. The hotel is in the Lower Town, so a very steep walk to get to the Upper Town - which has more shops and amenities, but there are buses that will take you there.
