The property itself is very clean. Our room is great. Staffs are great and very helpful specially Miss Maria. She helped us a lot during our stay and she recommended very good restaurants and coffee shops around the area. She also explained everything about the hotel policies and so. We loved that the location is very convenient. It’s near Interlaken OST station, it has good restaurants, coffee shops, there’s coop and migros around the area if you want to get cheaper snacks or food, and i like that it has many stores for us to shop. The area is also clean and safe. We can just walk and sit around the area anytime we want.

Cons:

The only thing we don’t like is the breakfast. The food is great but we had the same breakfast for 4 days. On our 4th day in the hotel, we went outside to eat somewhere. I just wished they change the menu everyday. Overall we don’t have any complain.

Pros:

Loved the location and accessibility to old town. Very quiet and peaceful. Breathtaking views of the mountains. María at front desk went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and helped us plan our time there. Breakfast was great. Everything was just perfect!

Chambre d'angle de luxe ouest, très grande et confortable, belle salle de bain, peignoirs
Un remplissage de Minibar avec du choix compris dans le prix
Personnel serviable et bon accueil à la réception
Buffet du petit déjeûner bien présenté, joli choix et même des fruits frais
Parking sur place très pratique

Perfect location, clean, great breakfast
Pros:

Excellent stay. Perfect location next to a beautiful park, with everything walking distance. Staff were kind, breakfast was outstanding, and the room was clean and well renovated. Free and convenient parking was a major plus.

Tolles Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr ruhiges und gemütliches Hotel. Sehr geräumige Zimmer und endlich mal ein Bad, wo sich zwei Personen aufhalten können! Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet wo es an nichts fehlte; Einschließlich frisch zubereitetem Omelett, frischem Obst oder guten Sekt.
Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Schade war lediglich, dass die Zeit so schnell vergangen ist.
