Clean Well located Hotel
Pros:

The location was great, convenient for shopping, walking, restaurants. It has been very hot during this July 2026 and we opted to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. Good bathroom.

מרכזי ארוחת בוקר טוב חדר גדול

Cons:

חשבנו שהזמנו חדר עם מזגן אך לא ! היה חם מאד . הציעו להחליף לחדר עם מזגן תמורת 500 פרנק תוספת .לקחנו כמובן עם הגל חום .אבל 19 מעלות זה ממש לא היה ( כמו שהבטיחו) החללים הציבורים לא ממוזגים . אני יודעת שזו בעיה באירופה אבל יש להבליט יותר שמדובר בחדר מסוים בלי מזגן .

Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel bang in centre of town. Lovely gardens and very pretty. Rooms very comfortable and every tv channel available with sport for my husband. Great breakfast and the staff were all lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Had no dislikes at all...we stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Never again.

The location is amazing.

The lady who made the check in for us was so nice and kind, in the next day when I went down at 9:30 for breakfast, the lady was on reception I just asked her if possible to check out on 11:30 instead of 11:00.
She was so cold and how she answered ( no we can’t do that) I had just leave her and go to breakfast,
I was really so disappointed from the way she answered, and here we were talking about 30 min!!!
Seriously, you are asking people to check in at 15:00.
The way she reply was to harsh, it just turned me off from think about this hotel for the next time.
It will amazing to show a little of flexibility or try explain why u can’t in nicer way.

Nothing , location was nice only, but all other things were the worst experience we had in thousands of hotels we tried in several cities

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. Both the check-in and check-out processes were unpleasant. At checkin The staff were not welcoming, came across as unfriendly and abrupt, and did not make me feel valued as a guest. When we tried to ahow her our special request in the previous communication messages with hotel she asked us to lower the voice although we were very polite and didn’t ask for anything ! A warm greeting and courteous service are basic expectations in hospitality, but these were lacking throughout our stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as better customer service at the front desk would significantly improve the overall guest experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, we usually travel alot and stayed i thousands of hotels we never had bad experience like this from the first moment in the city that made us disappointed and affected our stay in the city
