Bardzo fajne miejsce na weekendowy relaks. Jest wszystko co potrzeba by choć na chwilę oderwać sie od stresów codzienności. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Pyszne śniadania i obiady w restauracji. No i znakomite miejsce na zwiedzanie pięknego Zamoscia

Polecam pyszne śniadanie oraz atrakcje w hotelu.
Pros:

Wielki plus za bardzo dobre śniadanie, strefę spa, salę zabaw. Obsługa raczej pomocna.

Cons:

Na korytarzach nieprzyjemny zapach. W pokojach wystrój raczej starodawny, w odróżnieniu od tego co jest pokazane na stronie. Łóżka niewygodne. Pokoje trochę niedoczyszczone ( m.in. dystrybutor na mydło). W recepcji atmosfera dosyć sztywna nie zachęca ( chyba zestresowana).

Lokalizacja, śniadanie, basen

Cons:

Dość nowe, ale nieprzemyslane saunarium - przy saunach suchych brak prysznicy, prysznic byl w caldarium, każde użycie/wejście gościa pod prysznic burzyło spokój tego miejsca. Sauna parowa nieczynna. W saunarium jasno i głośno. Brak poprawnego saunowania, lateksowe kostiumy i mokrzy goście standardem. Trudno o wyciszenie i odpoczynek w takich warunkach. Zbyt intensywny zapach kadzideł w częściach wspólnych hotelu. Łóżka wąskie. Obiekt nierówny, niewykorzystujący potencjału.

Pyszne śniadania, bardzo bogaty wybór. Personel życzliwy, pomocny, zawsze uśmiechnięty. Dobrze wyposażona siłownia, strefa spa zdecydowanie większa niz w większości hoteli. Jeśli będziemy wybierać się do Zamościa, na pewno wrócimy do tego hotelu 🙂
