A very comfortable hotel to stay in and the staff were helpful
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, the reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The food that was served (Veal Lasagne x 2) was cold. There was not anything to do in the locality.

Pros:

The rooms are clean, mattress comfortable and the rooms have everything you need.

Cons:

The restaurant/bar had a very poor menu with very little options. There was no bread, no tomatoes and cucumbers for a simple salad. Three pizza options and one of the options wasn’t even available.
As the hotel is located in some sort of an industrial area, there were no restaurants in walking distance. We had to order on-line food for the kids for them to be told off by the staff that they can’t eat their take away sitting at the garden tables and to eat in their rooms. Absolutely appalling service and won’t book ever again.
On the positive side, the very little options they had available on the menu were cooked very well and tasted good.

Boa qualidade/ localização boa para ir ao parque warner
Pros:

O hotel está bem localizado, para mim que fui para ir ao parque warner, achei a qualidade da estadia/preço foi muito boa. Chega-se rápido ao parque warner, também tem perto um shopping/nassica com muitas lojas e restaurantes.

Cons:

O tamanho do quarto era pequeno. O pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade.
