Pros:

Big spacious apartment with everything that it's needed. Staff is very helpful and kind. Ice box and ice for the beach provided for free.

Cons:

Inflexibilidade de checkin/ checkout ainda com a disponibilidade, elé aplicado taxa de meia diária, indiferente do horário. Fui para hotel com mesmo valor e maior flexibilidade e conforto.

Muito boa, recomendo. Importante atentar que o café da manhã é o hóspede quem prepara.
Pros:

Ótima instalação, localização, funcionários atenciosos. Fiquei no quarto para quatro pessoas com a família e foi uma boa escolha.

Cons:

Únicos porém são que o café da manhã você precisa fazer, eles apenas lhe fornecem os insumos básicos. Não fornecem frutas. E no primeiro dia constatei que meu lençol já estava sujo antes mesmo de usar então pedi para trocarem. O lençol da outra cama estava estranho também.

Excelente localização, ótima estrutura, e com preço igual dos hotéis ao lado.
Pros:

Muito melhor ficar neste Apart hotel que qualquer outro hotel perto, os outros próximos estão mesmo valor ou mais caros, porém são muito menores.
Este apartamento é enorme, dois quartos, sala ampla, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, chuvosa esquenta muito.

Cons:

Detalhe básico sobre a saboneteira do chuveiro estar quebrada, não tem onde colocar o sabonete e o shampoo, mas é resolvem isso rápido. Sobre o café da manhã, deixam os mantimentos no quarto para você fazer e se virar, não é ruim, é igual um Airbnb, para quem não presta atenção, acha que vai ter café da manhã final de hotel, não é.
