Great base for a nice stay in beautiful Port Stephens area
Pros:

We had a brilliant 2-night stay Beaches Serviced Apartment over Australia Day long weekend. The unit is 10 min walk from Little Beach and the quieter end of Shoal Bay.
Unit 2 is a 1-bedroom apartment that slept 4 adults as there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom is spacious with a large comfy bed. I loved the new bathroom with level walk-in shower. The kitchen is large and well equipped and there is plenty of seating inside and outside the unit.
The unit was super clean and had everything we could have wished for.

Cons:

We had a couple of very boisterous families staying in the units above us who hogged the pool and barbecue area and failed to respect the shared space.

Totally enjoyed my stay and would happily book again
Pros:

Welcoming and helpful staff; lovely but also tastefully private view of the pool; easy access to Little Beach, club, shops, and bay; total privacy during 4 day stay; cooking, cleaning and washing facilities and products

Cons:

Very little and very minor but it would have been nice to have perhaps 2 x tablets of soap... one for the basin and one for the shower instead of just one. Kitchen utilities were very good but would have been very useful to have one oven tray or baking dish.
Parking: very handy to have parking available up near the pool, however it is totally unrealistic. Fortunately, it appeared most occupants felt the same and did not attempt to fill every allocated car 'space'. These were so minimal that if utilised there was no room to open car doors. Would be better to lose 1 or 2 spaces to make them more realistic and no... I do not have a big 4WD, only a small car but that didn't help. Was quite happy to park outside though so not a huge issue... just a little frustrating

Relaxing. Just what we needed
Pros:

There was no breakfast. That is not provided and we understand that. We love staying at the Beaches. Especially apartment 9.
