Pros:

I was very satisfied with my stay at this property.The location was excellent with easy access to the city. The food was very good and the cleanliness was impeccable. The only minor was the very small balcony.

I regret choosing this hotel for my guets

Cons:

This hotel charges infrastructure tax after the booking has been confirmed? That's rakketering, for what infrastructure? How is a guest from another continent responsible for an infrastructure that should be built by the authority in the first place?
It an organised theft.

Nice hotel with a bit of an unfriendly reception
Pros:

The pool is great and so is the breakfast buffet at the pool. Clean, beautiful rooms. And the location is fantastic

Cons:

Most personnel in the hotel is really friendly, except the ladies at the reception. Quite arrogant and suddenly ridiculously friendly if the boss turned up

This hotel is probably a nice place for some but it sure wasn't for us

Excellent location, the rooftop and the pool are amazing

Cons:

Our room (room #7), sold as King size Deluxe etc., was small and inconvenient in every way. The A/C is super noisy and directed towards the wall so... The toilet is actually almost unusable (never saw anything like it!). We had very noisy neighbours (not from the hotel.. neighbouring houses). We came back at 11:30 after dinner: the guy on duty at reception asked to see our key, without explanation or anything... then disappeared with it for 10'. Came back without so much as an apology. Turned out the elevator was not working... As it happens, I have a broken hip and I walk with a cane but I cannot walk upstairs... So, back to the rude guy at reception who couldn't care less - and said it in as many words.

Pros:

Clean and nice location
Rooftop is also nice

Cons:

Room was very noisy and since we had and early flight, we needed to sleep early but this was not possible due to the noise in the hall way, moving chairs etc

Loved it
Pros:

Maru Maru superseded my expectations. The pictures doesn't do it justice. The structure, proximity to everything and ambience. I would go back to Maru Maru anytime. And would recommend it to my friends and family.

Cons:

That breakfast is not automatically included breakfast.
