This is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at in Port Douglas.
Pros:

We provide everything you need, completely free of charge — including clean swimming facilities, ice boxes, ice, balls, and all essential equipment, prepared and ready for use.

Cons:

It is exceptionally clean—truly spotless. The bathroom is immaculate, with not a single cobweb on the ceiling. There isn’t a strand of hair on the floors, and not a speck of dust on the window frames.

I have never seen an accommodation this clean and well maintained. Everything is thoughtfully prepared with the guest in mind. Clean cups, clean dishes, spotless kitchenware, a pristine bathroom—everything is absolutely perfect.

By the Sea Port Douglas is a special place--highly recommend!
Pros:

By the Sea Port Douglas is a gem! It's perfectly located just a block away from downtown shops and restaurants, a 10-minute drive to the wharf, and the staff is amazingly helpful with recommending and booking activities. On top of all that, the room was well appointed with everything we needed, and the hotel supplies beach chairs, beach towels, pool/beach toys.

Lovely friendly resort in a good location near to beach and central Port Douglas
Pros:

Hotel offered to and arranged transfers from and to airport and also a couple of tours that I had wanted and which were excellent. Early flight meant that I arrived earlier than check in time but was allowed into room which was very comfortable and well equiped. Met at reception by lovely, helpful staff for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Really enjoyed staying there.

Best Location in Port Douglas!
Pros:

We had a fantastic four-night stay in Port Douglas! The hotel was incredibly comfortable with a very functional kitchen that made everything easy.

The true highlight, though, was the staff. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond—providing thoughtful extras like weights for workouts, games, bicycles, tour guidance, and even transfers. They truly made our stay special. They especially helped us in a pinch when we were trying to get back to the airport, which we were so grateful for. Don’t hesitate to ask them for anything—they are awesome!
