Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Kunshan City Center

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception staff. Check-in was seamless—quick, efficient, and accompanied by genuine smiles that made us feel instantly welcome. The team was incredibly helpful, offering local tips. especially from the guy whose name is cuoczho i hope i spell it right.
Breakfast was a daily highlight. The variety and freshness of the buffet were impressive, but what truly stood out was the personal touch. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff member who prepared our omelets every morning and brought it to us with such kindness and care. It wasn’t just delicious—it felt like a small act of hospitality that made our mornings extra special
We stayed on the 15th floor, and the room was absolutely clean and perfect—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The view was stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities, was just right.
This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and thoughtful details made it a stay to remember. Absolutely will come again next time!

Stayed here when when it 1st opened and had excellent service, this year not so good. Payed to have free drinks and nibbles between 5.30-7pm only to be told “the club lounge not open” accommodating for me to have an early check in and late check out

Really good hotel, but the AC wouldnt go below 22C.

The hotel staff made a difference to my stay....they went above and beyond in making us feel it feel like home away from home. The room was spacious and the cleaning staff did a great job!

It is in the heart of the Kunshan city. It is very convenient for us to visit our friends and have various activities.
Building, room and service is very good. I still will pick up it for my next visit.

Great welcoming from the hotel staff. I would like to thank two persons - Mrs Elena was helping me with medical issues and Mrs Chloe left me with such a good feeling on departure, that I will definitely come back to this hotel when in Suzhou/Shanghai area.

I had a very nice stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. Gym also in good condition. 5 min walk from the subway, restaurants and FamilyMart right around the corner. The staff was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Rebecca for providing quick and useful information, suggestions for my trip to Suzhou, and making sure that everything was good.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I was completely satisfied again and enjoyed my stay.
The hotel has a very nice pool and gym! The restaurants and café in the hotel are also very good. In addition, the nearby shopping malls and restaurants were just around the corner. I really enjoyed my time there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating – thanks to Chloe for her enthusiastic service. Thanks also to Dale, who helped me with my next reservation at the Tolino Lamborgini Hotel – I'm coming back in two weeks for an extended stay. :)

This is an absolutely amazing hotel with world class facilities and excellent service!! I’d like to offer my sincere gratitude to the entire staff and particularly Chloe - she went above and beyond to make sure all our expectations were exceeded. Chloe’s kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go out of her way to ensure our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable were things that I’ve never experienced before at any other hotel. She upgraded us to a great room and even offered a different room with a better view the following day. Thank you so very much Chloe, you made our stay in Kunshan a very special one and we are very grateful!

I’d highly recommend the Tonino Lamborghini hotel in Kunshan to anyone - it was by far the best hotel experience we’ve had during our trip to China!
