Hotel Crusch Alba

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-day stay at the traditional 3-star Hotel Crusch Alba in Zernez.

The authentic Engadin atmosphere and excellent cuisine in particular make this hotel a real gem.

The breakfast buffet deserves special praise: from sparkling wine and fresh fruit to egg dishes and waffles made to order, it leaves nothing to be desired.

The Swiss stone pine rooms, designed with great attention to detail, exude a cosy country house style.

Thanks to its central location, the National Park is easy to reach. The railway station in Zernez is only a few steps away from the hotel.

The prices are absolutely fair considering the high quality.

I arrived very late, alone, in a slight snow storm. It was delightful to be welcomed with mulled wine and a warm receptionist.

Kaum zu toppen, wir waren entzückt vom Zimmer, alles schien neu und "Alpenschick" - das Essen (Frühstück, Abendessen) exzellente Qualität und enorm zuvorkommender Service - wir waren einfach nur begeistert!!! Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, freundliches Personal, ruhige Terrasse, eAuto Lademöglichkeit, rasches Heizsystem auf den Zimmern.

Lovely warm atmosphere but at the same time so elegant. The rooms are beautiful, superclean, with big and confortable beds and with even a coffee machine. Bathroom is beautiful and shower perfect. The wooden heart to put outside the door is such a lovely touch. Breakfast is fanatstic with an amazing buffet. We were welcome by a free and delicious afternoon snack. We could park the car for free and our dog was welcome in the hotel. Personnel was kind and attent. The hotel is superclose to the station but we absolutely did not hear any train. It is only 25 min from St Moritz.Our stay was fanatstic and I will definitively come back in this little jewel!

Nice hotel in Zernez. Also had dinner at the hotel which was quite good. Breakfast also had some simple made to order items which was a nice extra. Hotel staff very friendly.

Only downside was the bed was not fully comfortable for me but that may just be individual preference.

Beim Duschen wäre es schön gewesen wenn mehr Wasser rausgekommen wäre.
Alles andere fand ich ausgezeichnet.

Well managed hotel with comfortable rooms. Heating system might not be adequate on cold days. Breakfast is a bit fussy with all items presented in glass pots. Restaurant is excellent, especially good if one likes game dishes.

Very highly recommended. Very helpful staff great food and will stay there again.

Zimmer und Nachtessen war reserviert. Das Essen war leider nicht im Säli, sondern bei der Restaurant-Bar (etwas laut..)
