Very very convenient if on the train!

Couldn't be more convenient!

Cons:

No air con so pretty hot. Plus only Swiss plug sockets - reception provided a universal adaptor

L'emplacement incroyable en face de la gare et a proximité de tout. Une vue superbe depuis les chambres vue lac et la magnifique terrasse.

Unsafe, unprofessional
Cons:

Very rude staff- specifically the Asian woman and an older man at the front desk. Also they refused to help with luggage and were even confrontational and holding my luggage, I was about to call the police. Thankfully another guest stepped in. Not a safe place to stay as a young woman.

Pros:

Die Suite war wirklich toll und angenehm klimatisiert.

Cons:

Wir hatte noch ein zweites Zimmer da wir zu fünft waren. Diese war mit dieser Hitze nicht zumutbar. Hatte zwar ein Ventilator, wirbelte aber nur die warme Luft um.
