Eigentlich alles gut, nur das Zimmer zur Strasse hin ist sehr laut.
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral, super Aussicht bei der Frühstücksterrasse. Sauber, zweckmässig, schlanker Checkin. Wir haben im Annex gewohnt, der ist ziemlich neu.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin. Der Lärm drang trotz geschlossener Fenster ins Zimmer, praktisch die ganze Nacht durch. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber es ist alles schon sehr kühl und funktional gehalten. Das Bett war ziemlich schmal und es gab nur eine dünne Decke für zwei Personen.

Nach der Renovation ein neues Erlebnis - einfach toll mit dieser Aussicht und Lage!

Super schöne Zimmer- Lage perfekt beim Bahnhof und sehr schnell im Zentrum - zu Fuss oder mit Standseilbahn

Cons:

Beim Frühstück müsste eine zusätzliche Person vor Ort sein. Sie war sehr freundlich, doch schafft eine Person nicht allem gerecht zu werden.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitacion, el mando de la tele sin pilas, el minibar calienta en lugar de enfriar, las camas se separan con el mas minimo movimiento por lo cual hace inutil juntar dos para formar una cama doble. Los champus del baño casi gastados, filtro de la ducha lleno de pelo y asqueroso. Filtro del aire del baño casi con un ecosistema propio de la cantidad de suciedad que tenia.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, excellent .!
Un grand bravo au personnel très attentionné.

Excellent em tout: localisation, propreté, confort
Pros:

Un établessiment bien localisé, les foncionnaires gentilles et attencieux au client. Bon pétit-déjeuner. Vue de la chambre. Propreté et organisation de la chambre et de tout le batiment. Je conseil et moi je reviendrai en autre opportunité.

Sicuramente da considerare se si soggiorna a Neuchatel
Pros:

Posizione con vista fantastica su lago di Neuchatel e corona delle Alpi sullo sfondo, varrebbe una stella in più.
Staff di aiuto (una signora parlava ottimo Itlaiano). Lungolago raggiungibile a breve a piedi, e ritorno con funicolare.
Colazione adeguata al prezzo, e possibile sulla terrazza panoramica.
Pulizia e silenzio, nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria.
Posteggio della stazione utilizzabile a tariffa convenzionata con l'albergo, e con possbilità ricarica auto elettrica.

Cons:

Copriletto che fa sudare.

Gutes Hotel, freundlich, sauber mit wunderschönen Terrasse fürs Frühstück
Pros:

Wunderschöne Terrasse fürs Frühstück und auch das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut. Freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer mit wunderschönem Seeblick!
Zudem ist das Parking im Bahnhof sehr praktisch und erstaunlich günstig (10.- pro Tag). Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Wir wussten dass es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat und es war dann auch sehr warm in der Nacht (Der Ventilator, der zur Verfügung gestellt wird ist aber immerhin kein Billigmodell und so waren wir sehr froh darum). Wenn die Zimmer aber schon keine Klimaanlage haben wäre ein Mückennetz sehr gut, so dass man das Fenster offen halten könnte (die Hinweise mit „Licht an, Fenster zu“ sind etwas ein Witz, denn Mücken werden nicht per se von Licht angezogen sondern von CO2).
