Pros:

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Zu heiss im Zimmer, Fan brachte wenig Abkühlung. Leere Minibaar.

Unsafe, unprofessional
Cons:

Very rude staff- specifically the Asian woman and an older man at the front desk. Also they refused to help with luggage and were even confrontational and holding my luggage, I was about to call the police. Thankfully another guest stepped in. Not a safe place to stay as a young woman.

Die Suite war wirklich toll und angenehm klimatisiert.

Cons:

Wir hatte noch ein zweites Zimmer da wir zu fünft waren. Diese war mit dieser Hitze nicht zumutbar. Hatte zwar ein Ventilator, wirbelte aber nur die warme Luft um.

Lovely hotel with awesome views
Pros:

The view of the lake and the alps was incredible. The location is just 10 mins from the old town. The rooms had fans which was required.

Cons:

No secure parking for motorbikes.

Traumhafte Lage, Balkon lohnt sich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Blick auf den See und die Stadt. Mit der kleinen Steilseilbahn nur wenige Minuten runter. Frühstück gut, MA freundlich. Parkplätze übers Hotel nur 10 Franken die Nacht.

Pros:

Vue exceptionnelle sur le lac depuis la chambre.
Le calme.
Le petit déjeuner (Attention aux goélands ;-)
