Alles war wie gewünscht .Die Lage mit Seeblick top und ruhig obwohl einige Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt.Für ÖV excellent

스위스 여름 겨울 여섯 번 방문했는데 위치가 정말 최고였어요. 그리고 친절한 걸로도 지금껏 묵은 호텔 중 3순위 안에 드는 호텔이었습니다.

Cons:

베개가 하나였고 좀 낮았어요. 제가 커피를 안 마시고 차를 즐기는 편인데 방에 뜨거운 물을 끓일 수 있는 포트가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 대신 커피를 즐기는 분들은 커피머신이 있어서 좋아하실 것 같아요.

The staff agreed that the construction work going on below our room was unacceptable. They agreed to cancel my reservation and get booking.com to refund my money.
