Ein charming Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der Kaffee richtig gut. Das Personal im Hotel überall sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich. Man kann hier wirklich nicht klagen.

Great one night stay on route to Italy, but would stay again for longer!
Pros:

Location was really great for swimming in the lake and also going out for drinks and dinner.
Happy to be able to reserve a single room with a price that matched and lower than I would pay for a double
The staff were really friendly and helpful and the service level is the best I have experienced in Lugano. It really felt like a home away from home.

Cons:

The shower head did not stay up so that I could stand under it and shower without having to hold it. If I did not hold it up then it would just hit the floor and was hard to shower.
