Nice to Stay
Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly. There was a problem in my room and they immediately solved it. Breakfast I asked vegan options and they helped.

Cons:

Some hair on toilet, except that it was clean.
There were no coffee or tea machine, and water in room.

Das Hotel war enttäuschend für uns.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett.
Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mussten wir zuerst lüften. Es roch nicht sehr gut.
Den Bewertungen nach sollte das Essen in diesem Hotel sehr gut sein, fanden wir leider nicht. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend.
Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück grosse Auswahl, Sonderwünsche werden versucht umzusetzen.
Pros:

Lage zentral, kleine Zimmer aber für 1 Nacht ok

Cons:

PP nur im Parkhaus, wenn viel Gepäck bisschen umständlich.

Hotel dobrze zlokalizowany - od dolnej stacji funicularu w Lugano jakieś niecałe 10 minut piechotą, przy ładnym placyku, przy parku Ciani, przy samym jeziorze. Obok przystanek autobusowy ( w tym autobusy na Bre).
Okolica wyglądajaca na bezpieczna.
Pokój nie za duży, raczej nie do przebywania, tylko do spania, ale przytulny.
Śniadanie w porzadku, bez wodotrysków, ale na pewno obfitsze niż typowe włoskie colazione.
Ticino ticket w cenie.

Cons:

Wystrój może trochę old - fashion, ale to dodaje uroku.

Lage, Ruhe, Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Frühstück hat enttäuscht - Auswahl war klein, Brötchen nicht mehr frisch, kein Toster, keine Kaffeemaschine und Teeangebot, - man muss dafür mit dem Personal sprechen(ich kann nicht italienisch), sie suchen, warten - unflexibel, altmodisch.
