Cons:

Die haben viel zu kleine Betten. Wir hatten eine Suite, wo offensichtlich früher ein Kingsize Bett drin war, aber jetzt nur ein 1.40 m Bett vor der grossen Bettstatt. Zum Nachttisch muss man vom Bett aus mit sehr langgestrecktem Arm hinlangen. Völlig schräg und in der Reception sagen sie, das sei normal. Alle Zimmer hätten nur solche Betten.

El trato del personal

Cons:

Mi estancia en este hotel no estuvo a la altura de lo que se espera de un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas. Aunque algunos aspectos fueron correctos, el estado de mantenimiento de la habitación presentaba varias deficiencias.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la habitación estaba orientada a la salida del sol.
La tapa del inodoro mostraba un evidente desgaste por el uso, algunas cortinas estaban deterioradas y descolgadas en determinadas zonas, y el papel pintado de las paredes se encontraba despegado en varios puntos. Estos detalles transmiten una sensación de falta de mantenimiento y afectan a la experiencia general del huésped.

Considero que, para la categoría y el precio de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, sería conveniente realizar una renovación y un mejor seguimiento del estado de las instalaciones para garantizar el nivel de calidad esperado.

Fabulous venue
Pros:

Lovely luxurious hotel with a wonderful atrium. Staff very friendly at reception and the waiter very good. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. Beds comfy and room a nice size. Would be nice to offer tea & coffee in the room with a kettle. At 4 stars think they should offer this.

Cons:

Spa not open when we stayed which was very dissappointing. A la carte menu was very limited. Lots of fish, 4 beef options and 1 lamb. No vegetarian option. Asked if chef could do a simple pasta dish but ended up having a srtarer and salad for one evening as had beef the night before and I don't eat fish. Dissappointing and quite expensive.

Cons:

Part of the reason I booked this hotel was the spa. Turned up and it was closed. Feel like customers should have been told in advance.

Pros:

Wir hatten Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Leider war das Zimmer sehr dunkel, die Fenster kleine Sprossenfenster, durch die man nur im Stehen nach draußen sah.

Cons:

Es gab keine Dusche, nur Badewanne ohne Duschvorgang. Bett und Kissen sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Traumhaft schöne Einrichtung. Größe des Zimmers unglaublich. Sehr edle und faszinierende Gesamtoptik. Schönstes Hotel das wir bisher in unserem Leben hatten.
Man fühlt sich unglaublich wohl. Ein bisschen wie Märchen.
