Scammy, Rude and Uncomminicative
Pros:

I have no idea - there was no communication with the host and when we did finally figure out how to contact him, he said I was too late (7:45pm) and hung up on me.

Cons:

A terrible, terrible experience start to finish. Rude and uncommunicative, they left us stranded. We had to book another room in another town

Location was good, staff were very friendly, the space was beautiful.

Cons:

Probably not something that can be fixed, but the chairs sliding on the floors are really loud—we could hear the people above us a lot as they moved chairs around.
