Staff were excellent - that was the only saving grace

TERRIBLE multiple deep potholes on access to hotel road
Very basic room with awful duvet - cheap and nasty
No soundproofing. Other guest complained my TV was too lound - I couldn't hear it outside of my room, so don't know why there were complaints

Cons:

Arrived at 2am- window wide open so really cold! When closed room had an unpleasant stuffy smell. Thin, not warm quilt so cold all night. Not even a glass or beaker to have a glass of water!

If you are looking for a few hours stay before a flight to Gatwick and don’t worry about luxury

Arrived later in evening and we read kitchen open so asked about food told to be quick, was a large party of people in eating and took far to long to make a portion peri peri chips and 3 loaded fries which were missing components of the description on the menu! Beds were not the best! Was noisy when people were leaving

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Near to airport and the convenience of long term parking was brilliant. Food great , staff friendly and helpful , we had some rest and freshen up before our flight this was lovely as well.

Cons:

Not very new place, the cafe was not opened conveniently.
