Pros:

Gutes Essen sehr schöne Gegend großes Zimmer schönes Wellnessangebot Saunas Schwimmteich !

Cons:

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber! Unter dem Teppich vor der Balkontür war es schmutzig der Desinfektionsmittelständer war ekelerregend verschmutzt am Balkon wuchs Unkraut aus den Fugen! Fenster aus dem Ruheraum im Keller waren leider seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt worden! Personal war bis auf 2 Personen sehr freundlich! Mit Kritik meinerseits konnte die Chefin nicht umgehen!

Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Housekeeping hat bereits um 08:00 Uhr am Abreisetag an der Tür geklopft und gefragt, wann wir auschecken. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von fast 300 Euro ist das absolut nicht angemessen und entspricht nicht dem Service, den man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten kann.

Excellent séjour avec des prestations haut de gamme.
Pros:

Bilder nicht gleich Realität bei der Zimmerkategorie

Es gab einen Pool und einen Naturweiher

Cons:

Ich hatte das Studiozimmer gebucht aber das Zimmer hat absolut nicht mit den Bildern bei Studio übereingestimmt. Man hat mir versichert es wäre dieselbe Zimmerkategorie, wit hatten aber dennoch Teppichboden, kein Doppelwaschbecken etc. Finde ich nicht ok, wenn die Fotos nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmen!

Parfait pour la plupart des paramètres qui nous plaisent
Pros:

La cuisine est délicieuse. Les installations sont très propres et bien équipées.

Cons:

Pas facile de charger la voiture. Le chef de cuisine a râlé parce que j'avais utilisé sa place peu visible comme parking privé et m'a fait payer 40€ pour 10kWh de charge = un scandale financier ! A part cet incident tout était parfait dans cet hôtel. On y reviendra j'espère !
