Pros:

Great location, staff very friendly and professional. Room was well appointed and very clean. Upgrade to a suite was a bonus too. Free wifi worked well. A great place to stay.

Lovely hotel but may be ready for a few updates in the rooms.
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff. The reception and exterior the property are lovely. Breakfast pack was very welcome.

Cons:

I felt the rooms were in need of a refresh and didn’t match the luxury exterior of the property. I would have been nice to have had ac or a fan in the bedroom as it was a rather still and hot night when we stayed and my bed was very very soft. I felt like it was sagging under my weight (I’m a small person).

I'll be booking this place again.
Pros:

Beautiful building, convenient parking, room was spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The complementary breakfast items were a pleasant surprise. I will be booking this place again next time I visit Orange.

A very comfortable stay in a lovely room and great position,
Pros:

Really exceptional, quite luxurious room with a very comfortable bed. The room was advertised without breakfast but there was a breakfast pack each day with some juice, toast and cereal which was on the house which was a lovely bonus.
Perfect location to the Main Street of Orange.
