The concierge staff was discriminating against us!
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent, as it was conveniently within walking distance of the train station.

Cons:

I found the service at the Concierge counter to be disappointing and unwelcoming. I felt that the staff member treated us differently after realizing we were from Malaysia. Her attitude and manner of attending to us did not reflect the level of hospitality I have previously experienced at APA Hotels in Japan. This was not my first stay with APA Hotel, and I have always known the staff to be polite and courteous — unfortunately, this experience was very different.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det var alltid städat där man vill ha det städat. Är man införstådd med att rummen kommer vara mindre var detta ett perfekt boende för att uppleva Tokyo för första gången. Nära till tunnelbanestationer, nära till 7-eleven, ligger lugnt och det finns både café samt restauranger precis runt hörnet. Mycket nöjda och motsvarade alla våra förväntningar.

Pros:

Clear communication about our stay, helpfull staff on arrival. Soft bed, what I appreciated and I liked the shape of the bath. Variety of breakfast options, had a bit of a difficulty ordering over my phone, but they where helping me in person before that was a problem. Plenty of extra service possibilities.

Great location, clean and spacious room for packing.
Pros:

Great location about 15 mins walk from centre of Shinjuku. 7/11 and Family Mart very close. With underground across the road (5 min walk tops) with links to the city.

I had a pleasant stay there. I strongly recommend it.
Pros:

The room was clean.
Bathroom - too useful.
Location - very good.
Breakfast I didn't try at all. It was too early due to my sleep time (time change).

Pratique quand on prend le Shinkansen de bonne heure le lendemain à Shinjuku
Pros:

L’emplacement (à côté de la gare de Shinjuku), la chambre bien équipée malgré sa petite taille, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel

Cons:

Un petit peu bruyant (mais c’est le prix à payer pour l’emplacement)
