Hotel Paganella Gourmet & Relax

Beautiful hotel great location,rooms are modern and a good size bed very comfortable.food was good and free wine with the meals,fausto the owner and his team did a great job of making you welcome.

Stayed at Hotel Paganella as part of a Coach party very recently.
The rooms are large, clean and airy with views of the mountains, and the staff are very friendly.
However, small details left a lot to be desired.
We had room with a Balcony view of the mountains, but only one chair, for two people and this general throughout.
No Tissues in the room. No Black Coffee at breakfast. No fruit in an area where they grow thousands of tons of Grapes and Apples every year.
Vegetables at Dinner all coming from Frozen catering Packs - wet and tasteless.
Breakfast Rolls dry. Wet, watery powdered scrambled eggs, and the Buffet food at both Breakfast and Dinner only warm in large heated trays.
The only saving gace - if you are into Alcohol, there was free wine with the Dinner and a free Bar from 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.!

Great owners and staff, very helpful food and room excellent. Nothing was a problem just ask and they sort it. We had a very good time. Recommend to everyone. The scenery from hotel room very good. Walk around village and pizza and wine afterwards.

Just returned from this wonderful hotel the owner Fausto is full hands on and his staff are as well they make feel like part of his family the food was 10 out of 10 the walk through the village with the owner and the picnic with wine and pizza is just exquisite I would recommend the hotel to any one wanting to vist the Dolomites

traditional small hotel in a small edge of the Dolomites Village. good size modern comfortable rooms with all facilities. excellent Host and staff. good Breakfast but Dinner limited choice. little fruit. Small Salad bar at dinner. A downstairs Bar and nice seating. the Village is lovely for exploring. It has a couple of small grocery stores and a Gift shop/Tobac and a pretty Church. There are Buses through the village( the access is challenging with narrow hair pin bends). I went as part of a Coach Party.

Fausto is a wonderful host. His staff are brilliant. We stayed for 5 nights with a large party and had a lovely time. Fausto organised a quiz night, a evening of music and dancing and a two hour tour of his lovely mountain village finishing with a picnic of pizza, wine and soft drinks. He also provided free bus tickets to the ski lifts. Food could be better but everything else made up for that.

I've just stayed here as part of a coach group with Jason Edwards Travel .what a lovely hotel .lovely rooms .a nice cold buffet breakfast .3 course dinner with complimentary wine on the table .freebar 1800 to 2230 .wine tasting .entertainment. our trips out were really good .visited /lake garda /merano/the Dolomites / .Fausto the owner could not not be more helpfull .a real gentleman. Jason edwards travel is visiting this lovely hotel next year .

Amazing 😍!! What a lovely time we had at this hotel. We arrived with Midway Motors. The Hotel was absolutely delightful, small enough to be personal, with the kindest of staff. Thanks very much to the two lovely ladies & Matteo who served us at Dinner. Would totally recommend this Hotel to anyone who is visiting the area. Thanks again and see you soon.

We visited with a coach party for 5 days.
Met by owner and staff with a warm welcome.
Accommodation excellent.
Paganella appears to be a sleepy location out of the skiing season.
Magnificent views from hotel.
A short walk from the hotel gives superb views of the Dolomites.
Ski lift to Mt Paganella is a short walk.

Just returned from another wonderful holiday at the Hôtel paganella the food was excellent the staff were brilliant and the owner Fausto was always hands on and made everyone feel welcome if there was a draw back it was that the pubs and restaurants outside the hotel were shut but the reason for that was it was the end of the ski season and like all of us they went on holiday but it did not deter from a great stay in a wonderful hotel I would recommend this hotel to any would be traveler to Italy

Just had the most wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel on a coach holiday with Edwards Coaches. The hotel owner and all of his staff where excellent, nothing was to much trouble for them. Our room was cleaned every day and the food was excellent The owner did a number things to make the holiday so good. We had a walk around the village with pizza and wine in the park, a quiz night, wine tasting and live musical entertainment in the bar one night. He even took us to midnight mass on Xmas eve with Hot chocolate served after. Thank you for an excellent time.

Delightful hotel in beautiful location. Staff wonderful. Rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Food fairly basic and portions not very generous, but what we had was nicely cooked and well presented. All in all, this was a great hotel and we certainly plan to make a return visit

We had 5 really wonderful nights here and didn't want to leave. It's a genuine family run hotel with excellent facilities and the host, Fausto, and all the staff made us feel very comfortable and at home. This place e has character and is definitely worth staying at.

We had 5 fantastic nights at this hotel. The staff were superb, it felt like you were family visiting their house and they all came out to wave us off when we left. The bed is very comfy and the room is pitch black at night when you close the shutters so we had some very good night’s sleep-May have been the mountain air. The rooms on the back used to get an early wake up at 7 am from the bell tower when they came back on after being not rung in the night. Everything was clean and well maintained. We stayed on a breakfast/ evening meal basis and found the meals very tasty and the included local wine was plentiful. As a large party Faustino the owner entertained us well with a wine tasting evening, a grolla evening and a gala night.Overall a fantastic experience staying in the village and would definitely stay again if visiting the area

What a fantastic hotel very friendly excellent food and the staff are second to none the owner is an excellent host rooms very clean cannot fault this idyllic hotel highly recommend it I am going back next year for the 5th time there are pubs and restaurants if you wish to eat out

I arrived at the paganella Hotel in fai della paganella on the 12th of October 2022 after a 2 day coach journey from England we was greeted by fausto the hotel owner as thes was my 4th visit with ogdens travel the hotel is only 3 stars I'm opinion it deserves more fausto and his made us very welcome a nice friendly family ran hotel the rooms are spacious clean with balconies and sky tv the food and entertainment was outstanding excellent bar and lounge areas fausto to the coach party for a walk around the village to be met in the by his for a picnic with pizza and wine his staff are very friendly and polite they went out of there way to make our warm and very welcoming the rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday I will be booking to return next year I highly recommend the hotel paganella you will be pleased with hotel services and fausto and his staff takey word for and try it fo yourselves

A gorgeous hotel with the most friendly and approachable and welcoming staff - huge huge gluten free breakfast choice (husband is coeliac) - and views of the mountains and lake.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is just right for everything.
Quaint and rustic Italian right here.

the whole experience was amazing, the rooms were clean, i had a balcony with stunning views, the food was excellent along with the service, staff absolutely brilliant it was my first time abroad - on a coach holiday i had truly the best time ever. would liked to have returned this year but nature had other ideas!! would of posted sooner but only just got internet. I loved the walk given by Fausto round his village and enjoyed the pizza and wine sat out in the sunshine and singing .
i took the free bus to Andalo and went on the ski lift (not likely to do that again) absolutely petrified but the hot chocolate was well worth it. Stunning church for Midnight Mass. would of liked maybe a few more days there as it takes two days to get there by coach!

Hotel Paganella is set in a beautiful village,Owner Fausto his Mamma the amazing staff made our holiday perfect,Lovely spacious rooms,food excellent,Plenty of choice for breakfast,Evening dinner cooked to perfection,Fausto thank you for your hospitality,best Christmas trip ever,We will defiantly return,Happy new year to you and you fabulous family and staff,We will toast you at midnight with a bottle of your excellent wine.

lovely rooms with balconys over looking dolomites cleaned everyday bedding changed beautiful family run hotel after a very long trip from scottish borders over night stay on ferry into germanyover night there at mercure hotel in sarr brucken then 12 hours drive to italyscenery was absolutely to die for beautiful country side through Holland,Belgium,and Luxembourginto germany to saarbrucken sud for over night stop dinner and breakfast next day.Travel over the fern passinto Austria down the Brenner passarriving at the hotel in italy.A long worthwhile trip just for the views alone this was a package holiday sold to us from Travelsure a local travel company in in the scottish borders in cluded in package was ferry travel hotel in germany and 5 nights in italy with excusions dinner bed and breakfast at all locations plenty of stops bus driver barry was the genial host on the bus with plenty of stops altogether a great holiday would definately reccomend this trip to everyone well done to Travelsure
