Pros:

東京タワーまで歩いて行けるしコンビニ、駅も近くて便利でした

Cons:

チェックインがいつもアパ使う時の操作と違い時間がかかりタクシー代が大幅にあがってしまった。

近くにコンビニがある
浅草線、三田線の駅の出口が近くにある
頭元にスマホの充電関係が集約されてて便利
お風呂の浴槽が楕円形で狭さを感じず快適だった
東京ドームに行くのに乗り換えなしで20分くらいで行けて便利
羽田空港も乗り換えなしで行ける

Cons:

エアコンが管理されていて冷房とドライにしかならず、夜間寒かったが暖房が入れられなかった
テレビでミラーリングしようとしても見れなかった(YouTubeは見れないんですかね…)
姿見の上にも照明があると良いと思った
寝間着は浴衣で帯を巻くタイプだったので、はだけやすい
