Enjoyable, relaxing, spacious and the perfect view
Pros:

View was excellent of the beach and ocean. Just beautiful. Would benefit from air-conditioning in both the bedrooms, 1 unit in the whole place is insufficient to keep the place cool and comfortable.

Cons:

Not enough air conditioners to cool the bedrooms down, The main unit was excellent for the living areas but did not move into the bedrooms enough to keep them cool and comfortable. The chairs on the deck need to be a little higher so can sit and see the ocean and everything going on. not the most comfortably to sit and read a book on.

Great stay with great views!
Pros:

We recently stayed at Pacific Plaza Apartments as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) for five nights, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions we had. They even responded to us late at night after we’d returned home when we thought we might have left some items behind, which we really appreciated. That level of care and service really stood out!

After hours check in was simple and stress free, making our arrival smooth and easy. The apartment itself was lovely and had absolutely spectacular views..

The location was perfect! Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made it so convenient when travelling with kids.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Pacific Plaza Apartments to other families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Our experience at Pacific plaza
Pros:

We liked the views from the apartment. It has got specious living area and generous sized kitchen. Most amenities in the kitchen was there. Bedrooms are good sized and beds were comfortable to sleep. Close to shops and restaurants. Amazing beach access.

Cons:

The main bedroom shower had a broken door. Everytime we used the shower, water was everywhere. It made the bathroom almost unusable. Since there were no bathroom door it made the whole bedroom foggy. There were not enough toiletries and also just 1 set of towels for each person for 4 nights. Kitchen bin was smelly. Apart from living, there were no A/C.

Overall, we had a great stay at Pacific Plaza.
Pros:

Location is great; the pool, BBQ & spa were great - especially the heated spa & pool!! The apartment main living room & master room were lovely & spacious with excellent views. The reception was great, getting keys & leaving were smooth & easy. The gym, parking & the lift all great.

Cons:

The second bedroom did not have air-conditioning which was an issue particularly at night. The air-con from the main room did not reach the room sufficiently & even keeping the blinds closed all day with the air-con on was not cool enough - and meanwhile it made the living room too cold!!! The kitchen was lacking some utensils like knives & forks & bowls. The sauna wasn’t working.
