Our experience at Pacific plaza
Pros:

We liked the views from the apartment. It has got specious living area and generous sized kitchen. Most amenities in the kitchen was there. Bedrooms are good sized and beds were comfortable to sleep. Close to shops and restaurants. Amazing beach access.

Cons:

The main bedroom shower had a broken door. Everytime we used the shower, water was everywhere. It made the bathroom almost unusable. Since there were no bathroom door it made the whole bedroom foggy. There were not enough toiletries and also just 1 set of towels for each person for 4 nights. Kitchen bin was smelly. Apart from living, there were no A/C.

Overall, we had a great stay at Pacific Plaza.
Pros:

Location is great; the pool, BBQ & spa were great - especially the heated spa & pool!! The apartment main living room & master room were lovely & spacious with excellent views. The reception was great, getting keys & leaving were smooth & easy. The gym, parking & the lift all great.

Cons:

The second bedroom did not have air-conditioning which was an issue particularly at night. The air-con from the main room did not reach the room sufficiently & even keeping the blinds closed all day with the air-con on was not cool enough - and meanwhile it made the living room too cold!!! The kitchen was lacking some utensils like knives & forks & bowls. The sauna wasn’t working.

A perfect getaway place at surfers paradise
Pros:

The amazing ocean view, cleanliness and the comfortable beds—plus the location is perfect for beach walks—it is also close to shops, cafe and restaurants!

Furnishings lovely. Large, well stocked kitchen. Beautiful pool and spa. Friendly helpful managers. Spotlessly clean. Loved the floor tiles and quality appliances

Unfortunate there were no air conditioners in the bedrooms. Only one in the kitchen/dining main area. It was very hot in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans were great

Stunning views for a great weekend
Pros:

The view was spectacular. The pool area was lovely. It was good to have an accessible tap to wash our feet after walking in the sand.
The rooms have had a bit of wear and tear but are clean and the spa bath (which I unfortunately didn't get time to use) looked amazing, with a view out to the sea.
Beds and bedding were comfortable.
The kitchen was set up well.
The location is right near Surfers Paradise. If you like that environment, then the location is a short walk from the main area.

Cons:

If you prefer a good meal, you will likely have to drive to Burleigh or a little further down the road. We found the eateries to be very touristy with high costs for largely deep-fried food. We made the mistake of trying to find somewhere on 2 evenings and gave up after that. Any places that looked good were too hard to get into.

Pros:

Liked everything about the place, the position, staff except tryng to park my car in bay.

Cons:

Couldn't fit my car into parking bay spot but Nanagement were helpful. Parked in visitors carpark and when storm on they allowed me to use car wash bay downstairs. Really appreciated that support
