Highly recommended; would stay here again!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment I entered the hotel. Excellent communication and service from all the staff and a wonderful location. The bonus of nearby gym access.

Great position, adequate facilities, comfortable. Inadequate noise insulation between rooms.

Close to the city

Cons:

Never came in to clean in 2 weeks of my stay, very unhygienic, room is very damp and old, nothing like the photos, linen,towels and blankets were stained

Pros:

I booked through a pet friendly website which advertised no pet fee. When I arrived I was then told by reception that a $250 cleaning fee is charged for having my dog. I showed the receptionist the website and how it says No pet fee. But she didn't care. The room was non refundable so I had no choice but to pay.

Excellent location, quiet and good size room with good kitchen and bathroom.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. The room was a good size. The kitchenette was good. The bathroom was a good size.
The location was also quiet - which for the city is great - coming from regional area we noticed that quiet compared to other city stays. Also had parking on-site at a reasonable cost.

Cons:

Only one lift - so had to wait until the lift was free.

Great value. Would stay again.
Pros:

Good location and very close to CBD with a good cafe at street level. Staff were very friendly. Good value for money paid. Excellent block out curtains.

Cons:

Balcony doors did not lock, having said that, this wasn’t a security issue as we were on 5th floor.
