Pros:

Très bien placé par rapport au centre ville
Parfait pour y découvrir la ville
Les équipements de la chambre étaient très bien

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé le fait d’avoir attendu 6h30 à mon arrivée alors qu’on avait précisé arrivée anticipée et ce à quoi on m’avait répondu que ça ne posait pas de problème
Ce n’était pas vraiment propre, la piscine non plus (elle n’est pas chauffée et est pleine de feuille puisqu’elle est en extérieur).

The location was good

Cons:

The room was incredibly loud, not just hearing other people in nearby rooms but outside, the sliding doors barely closed so you could hear the whole street all hours and the bins in the morning. Could barely get into the bathroom as the door opens in and the size of the bathroom is sooo tiny. All amenities are offsite so wasn’t very convenient

Great location, brilliant staff, so accommodating. Would def return.
Pros:

Reception staff were lovely esp three of the ladies. Housekeeping was above and beyond, my son was so surprised (and I was a little embarrassed) that they made our beds (I didn't know they were coming or I would've done them). So perfectly central to airport, train line, buses, city centre and south bank.They let us leave our luggage on early arrival and also on check out before heading to the airport.

Cons:

Nothing except the set up of the bathroom... The bathroom door was weird. Had to be opened... Squeeze oneself between the door and the basin... Close door,to use the loo. Bathroom door or shower door, only one could be used at time it was like opening and closing a kissing gate.

Won’t consider staying here the next time
Pros:

The location of the place was good, 5-7 mins walk to public transport and 15 mins walk to the CBD which was very convenient.
The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful too.

Cons:

Though the room was very spacious, the carpet in the room was smelling like pee (specially the area behind the side tables), there was no exhaust in the bathroom which was a problem and would make the room stuffy. The lift would stink more and more every-time we would enter it. My partner found that the towels given to us were also not properly clean, there was no designated area outside the room where we could leave our used towels while the reception was closed during the public holiday. It was hot and sweaty every night as the location of the aircon on the wall wouldn’t cool the whole room.
