Very basic room, although clean , was disappointing

Cons:

Although we booked a standard, basic room for our one night stay, it was disappointing to find the tv hanging off the wall , one drawer totally unusable in chest of drawers had we stayed longer , shower rail bracket broken and shower curtain needed replacing as was ripped along to top. See pictures

Code didn’t work, twice
Tv on wall was mounted so crooked, you couldn’t even watch it
Room was left with dirty towels in it
Our room was very outdated and could benefit from better amenities in it
Multiple people had to call management because pool was green and unswimmable
Codes didn’t work for most guests every day and had to call management
Nobody on site to maintain property, lowkl is not personal and helpful bc nobody is there
Also getting clean towels during stay is not applicable, we were told guests can pay to wash & dry their towels

Old school Motel fußläufig entfernt zum Strand, Zentrum und Publix Supermarkt. Leihstühle und Schirme verfügbar.. günstige Apartments. Kostenloser Parkplatz.. Schnelle Reaktion der Verwaltung bei auftretenden Problemen.

CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION!! 4min walk to Coffee shop and then another 3min across the street you'll find a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, Dollar Tree and Liquor store.

Very friendly staff that replaced the batteries in my door lock, then the smoke alarm in a timely manner... even though there is no mngmt on site.

Pool area was nice & clean. Beach towels are located in the room's closet, along with lots of hangers.

Nice, full size freezer/fridge combo but no ice maker.

I usually don't like memory foam beds but found their bed to be comfortable.

Good Windows that actually blocked out MOST of the noise from pool area & street traffic bc of where my room was located.

Cons:

The smell in the room. Wasn't terribly overwhelming but did smell a little like mildew.

There were two fan/light fixtures. One over the bed & one in the kitchen. They would randomly turn on. Woke me up a couple times so it was a little annoying.

My room (Premium King Studio) was located right next to pool area so one night I had to deal with two couples partying till midnight and letting their kids scream all night.
Since there's no mngmt on site to complain to, I would ask for a room further from pool area.
