Would not recommend the property to anyone. It has

The ceiling was leaking water for days. There was mold on the ceiling. The leak got the bed wet and towels had to be put on it. When request more towels we were told we had to wash the ones we had. The leak and mold was reported to the property and we were told maintenance would come fix it. No one ever came or followed up. The door lock code wasn’t working and took along time to get fixed.

Cons:

Water leaking from ceiling for four days got bed and out personal items wet. Mold on ceiling. No one came to fix or clean the ceiling and mold. Rude manager Elena as I tried to get a refund. Refused to provide name of property manager when requested. Her response “a person”.

Icky. Almost left when first arrived.

Bed was comfortable, location was great. Patio furniture new

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush contents easily due to low water pressure. Shower and sink didn’t drain easily. When arrived strong mildew smell that was very over powering, door was unlocked and keypad wasn’t working. Came into lights on either side of bed that were not working. We wanted to leave immediately but it was after midnight and we had already paid. Drawer was not opening and another wasn’t closing properly. Furniture beat up. Oven had no cookie sheets or dishes to cook in the oven with. No pot holder. Only two bath towels in room when arrived and initially were told to wash them. We were then given two more. We would not stay here again and would not have chosen this location if the reviews and ratings were accurate. I can see that the ratings have dropped by 1.2 points since we booked. We did lend our febreeze to other guests whose room also smelled of mildew

The stay was enjoyable for my family despite the lack of services.
Pros:

Great location. Nice pool and outdoor areas.

Cons:

It’s basically a small motel room that they call an “apartment.”
I did not know that there was no maid service, or even clean towels. You had to wash them yourself. Also the door code did not work, and after several calls we were able to access a key. It should be easier to reach the help we needed, but there is nobody on the property to help.

Very basic room, although clean , was disappointing

Cons:

Although we booked a standard, basic room for our one night stay, it was disappointing to find the tv hanging off the wall , one drawer totally unusable in chest of drawers had we stayed longer , shower rail bracket broken and shower curtain needed replacing as was ripped along to top. Tv on wall was mounted so crooked, you couldn’t even watch it
Room was left with dirty towels in it
Our room was very outdated and could benefit from better amenities in it
Multiple people had to call management because pool was green and unswimmable
Codes didn’t work for most guests every day and had to call management
Nobody on site to maintain property, lowkl is not personal and helpful bc nobody is there
Also getting clean towels during stay is not applicable, we were told guests can pay to wash & dry their towels
