Lack of internet connection, not neat and clean, the things are old and television are also old ac are not very cold. Lack of parking.. improved all the amenities and facilities. The linen pillows are old.

As you arrive the security staff greet you with a smile, then when you enter the reception area you suddenly feel comfortable due to the aromatic scent and another friendly welcoming smile.
All the staff are very professional and extremely helpful.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The shower and water quality was great.
The included breakfast was exceptional, so was the dinner buffet. The Chef and kitchen staff definitely take pride in their work.
This is definitely a 5 star hotel.

The property is a good location.. At the city center.
The bed is feels itchy even i complain to the reception. They didn't address our concern. I felt there is a bed bug.
