Nicht zufrieden, leider nicht unser Standart
Pros:

Gut gelegen, um gut essen zu gehen braucht man Taxi

Cons:

Kein Internet im Zimmer, nur in der Lobby
Frühstück nicht geosse Auswahl,
Hotel veraltet müsste renoviert werden!
Nicht mehr heutiger Standart!
Dusche mit Kalk,
Duschtücher mussten wir am zweiten Tag verlangen da Putzservice vergessen!

The pool area is perfect. Excellent attention to details and guest responsiveness. Excellent coffee.

Was an awesome stay and experience except that there was no WIFI in the room and you had to go to the lobby in order to use WIFI. I was advised the WIFI in the rooms hadn’t worked for the past month and there was no date known when it would be restored. This fact really affected my overall stay and impression of this hotel and a main reason for booking any stay is that my room has WIFI. The room was advertised as having WIFI but it was only when I checked in i was told of the situation. The mobile provider I was using had a poor signal in the high room I was allocated so I had to go and purchase another sim card from the other provider so I could have data in my room. Very disatisfied with this situation but the hotel and staff were beautiful other than this. I ended up staying 5 nights over 2 seperate bookings but had I known there was no WIFI would have planned to go elsewhere.

Accommodating but too noisy
Pros:

Location good Buffet breakfast good but food cold

Cons:

Many functions generating a massive amount of noise. Disco at 2am. Noisy delegates. Out room could here the pool music 7am until 10pm. Way too loud despite request to turn it down

Resto is good and the staff are attentive and kind.

Cons:

towels are really old like a RAG. Chairs are saggy. water pressure is LOW. the building is not properly maintained and due to several earthquakes hit in mindanao, observed several cracks on the wall.

Pros:

Hotele i seg selv var utroli fint. Enneste som var litt synd at dem ikke hadde informasjon noen steder om at man må ha hvanli tshorte for å slippe inn til frokost. De ansatte gjorde oppholde helt magisk dem var behelpeli med alt man lurte på å ordnet ting så og si med engang. Var jordskjelv å dama ble stressa men roa seg ned etter samtale med en av de ansatte på hotelet, dem sier dem pusser det enne tårne så detvhar ikke nett men da kan man forespøre et egen nett boks

24 hour stay for family business and this hotel fit my needs. Would stay here again.
Pros:

The value for the rooms were great. The breakfast in the morning was good, as well and how clean the rooms were was nice. The front desk and bell staff were very accommodating. Also, you cannot beat the location. I might add that the hallway to our room in Tower 2 was like walking through an art gallery, which was nice.

Cons:

The hotel itself was on the older side and you can tell some floors needed some work done to it. The toilet in my room had a small leak to it, but nothing worth calling front desk about.
