Cons:

Room was old and smelt of damp. The hallway was very hot waiting for the lift 5/10 mins was ridiculous. Staff sorted refund only after complaining continuously for 10 minutes

Do chung toi di may bay nen ko nhan duoc thong tin từ KS,Khi den KS bao phòng đã bi huy va Ks đã ko hỗ tro để co duoc phòng.Phong đặt đã đuoc Booking xac nhan nen chung toi ko chấp nhan viec huỷ phòng cua KS .Chúng toi đánh gia thap cach xử lý ko chuyên nghiep ,ko tôn trong hỗ tro KH cua nhan vien Ks .De nghi Booking xem lai viec nay dac biet viec dat phòng cua KH VIP của Booking
Chung tôi đã rat kho khăn khi tim chỗ nghỉ mới tối 19/6.Dánh gia KS này rất tệ

Betten waren sehr bequem, Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Empfang und das Treppenhaus ist ziehmlich verkommen, Aufzug riecht muffig, kabel hängen lose von der Decke.

Ở 4 ngày nhưng ko đc thay đồ vệ sinh cá nhân mới , ngày đầu tiên có phát hiện vết dơ ở chăn .
