Having been to the hotel multiple times over the past few years, the location, staff and hotel are always the best. From the moment you walk in to the reception, the breakfast and the the pool staff, so nice and friendly.
The location is perfect, such a great beach with lovely walks, lots of bars and restaurant within a few mins.
My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights and we enjoyed all of it.
Gade greeted us and checked us in with a warm welcome which was needed after our 17 hour journey.
The staff throughout the resort were attentive, friendly and generally excellent.
Our room was large and clean, (we were in 250) there was a daily housekeeping refresh which was great. The aircon worked well and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower too!
We ate in the Terra & Mar and Miss Olive Oyl restaurants, which were very reasonably priced given the quality of food, drink and service by staff.
Breakfast each morning was busy but well stocked and plentiful with iced coffee available on request.
The facilities including the pool and sun lounger availability was great, no need to get up at silly o’clock to reserve any sunbeds.
The pool at times did get crowded, but that’s purely because we went in high season. The slide was really fun which bought out the inner kid in me 😂).
There’s a water station next to the towel collection so take a reusable bottle 👌🏼
Location is right on the beach, which was lovely for a dip in the sea.
If you turn left out of the hotel onto the beach, there are a number of local sellers who offer really reasonably priced items and next door is a great bar called beach pig (where we enjoyed a relaxing beer or 2).
Particular mention to Bank & Tao at the Tom Yam bar (where we enjoyed happy hour from 5-7pm every day), Beam our waitress at Olive Oyl was lovely and remembered our room number, James the breakfast chef was also lovely.
I took a yoga class with Annie one morning which was well instructed and relaxing & we also did a beginners Muay Thai session with Nai which was fantastic to energise you for the day. I’d highly recommend doing some activities as they are complimentary. The onsite gym was good - basic but well maintained and cool.
There is also a shuttle bus which takes you into the town and does a number of drop offs.
The location of the hotel is great as it is quite close to the airport, but the trade-off was that when we did excursions it did take quite a while to get to places, i.e. Phuket old town and boat trip trips to Phi Phi Islands so be prepared for some longer journey if this is part of your itinerary.
My only gripe was that there was a conference/event of some kind which interrupted some of the peace in the restaurants while they were making business deals but aside from that, an excellent resort which I’d highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at SAii Laguna Phuket. The beachfront location is stunning, with direct access to a clean and peaceful beach. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help, especially Helena, Greenis, Rum, Pui, Mod, Um, Nathalie, Ju, Gade, Jimmie, Tanya, Mimgkwan, Tan and Tok. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely view. Breakfast had a great variety and quality, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and perfect for a holiday. We would happily return and recommend this resort to anyone looking for a calm beach escape in Phuket.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect just steps away from the beachfront, making it very convenient to enjoy the sea and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. What really stood out was the staff; everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Greeniz, who provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Great hotel with an excellent beachfront location. The resort has plenty of activities for both relaxation and fun, making it easy to enjoy the whole day without leaving the property. staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Greeniz for being especially helpful and kind throughout our stay. we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel for a beach getaway.
