Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at resort l. The location is beautiful, with direct access to the beach and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and the overall vibe felt both modern and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which really made a difference. Breakfast at Terra and Mar had a great variety, and the quality of food was consistently good. A special appreciation to Helena, Tanya, Nathalie, Pui, Tida, Gade.
Addressing this would make the experience even better. Overall, we had definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Location and customer service are amazing.
Pros:

This is our second visit to hotel and the standards remain fantastic. Customer service and location make this place. Special thanks to Tao, Ham, Bank and Ak at Mr TomYam beachside bar for looking after us each day. Service was fantastic. My only recommendation to hotel was to make the top pool area designated as adults only but not a major issue

Fantastic and friendly hotel with excellent location
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at SAii Laguna Phuket and would 100% return.

From the moment we arrived, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their warm attitude really made the trip special.

One thing we really appreciated was that drinking water was available at all times. It was incredibly convenient, especially in the heat, and great to see the hotel taking a more sustainable approach.

We stayed in a Laguna View room, which was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of space, everything was very clean, and it had all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay.

The pool area was fantastic, well maintained, clean water, and a really fun water slide that the kids loved. It was also refreshing that there wasn’t much sunbed reserving, so finding a spot was never an issue.

The beach was absolutely beautiful. Do watch out for the occasional jellyfish, but otherwise it was a highlight. The included activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing were brilliant. We actually preferred spending time in the sea rather than the lagoon.

Breakfast was consistently good, with plenty of variety and everything tasting fresh. On one morning when we had to leave early at 5am for an excursion, the hotel kindly arranged a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, an excellent experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Stayed at SAii Laguna Phuket, super chill vibe 🌴 Right on Bang Tao Beach with great sunsets. Rooms are clean and comfy, pool is perfect for relaxing, and staff are friendly. Slightly tucked away, but ideal for a quiet getaway. Would come back 👍

Lovely beach front hotel
Pros:

Saii was a wonderful beach front hotel, had a fabulous swimming pool and hotel grounds. Spotlessly clean, with great breakfast choice and excellent staff, always helpful and working hard.

Lovely room, ours over looked the pool area, good standard, clean and tidy everything you needed!

Several bars/restaurants along the beach just outside of the hotel all within walking distance, some with entertainment. Beach Pig had some good entertainment during the evening.

I will point out, there were lots of young children at this hotel, something to think about! We felt that one of the pools should be made adult only, as some afternoons they were running all over grass to the side of the pool, being a real nuisance chasing the baby chickens, whilst people were trying to chill and relax, a lady got up and said something to them in the end!!! Parents know where to be seen! A pool attendant walked past and just ignored it,
Maybe a section for adult’s in the restaurant also.

This was a great hotel with lots of positives, beautiful gardens and good position, we had a lovely time but may think twice about returning, putting things aside we still had a lovely stay.
