Nice with complicated reception procedure
Pros:

Clean, smart and elegant rooms.
Good location

Cons:

The strict unnecessary procedures
I came with my family with me having my ID and E-passport for the rest of my family.
They didn’t want to check me in unless the manager intervention to solve it.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special and truly memorable, which we sincerely appreciate.

Cons:

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our family stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

Excellent Service, Great Food, and Spacious Rooms
Pros:

The room was spacious, and my child enjoyed the bathtub. The kids' pool was big, and the adult pool was also nice. The breakfast had a great variety, and I especially liked that there were kid-friendly options, including ice cream, gummies, and marshmallows. We also enjoyed the dinner. Most importantly, all the staff were amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The playground near the pool was not working during our stay. It would also be great if the hotel had a kids' club to provide more activities for children. Aside from this, everything is perfect!!!!!!!
