Excellent hotel in a very convenient location near Mall of the Emirates. We are staying here not for the first time and once again everything was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful, and the overall service is very consistent. Check-in was smooth, housekeeping worked well, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Very good value for Dubai, especially considering the location. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful first stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms. Very professional and friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. Amazing food at buffet breakfast and restaurants with large variety of food and attention to details( Big thanks to Chef Daoud ).

Cons:

Roof terrace can be more appealing surrounding the pool to meet with hotel interiors luxury.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Fijn hotel met heerlijk rooftop zwembad. Ontbijt is lekker en genoeg keuze. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We zijn vorig jaar ook geweest en hadden toen meer geluk met de ligging van onze familiekamer. Nu veel geluid en hinder tot in de nacht. Daarom om een andere kamer gevraagd en deze was beter. Ik moet zeggen dat het personeel er ook alles aan doet om je het naar de zin te maken.
Het viel ons op dat er nu meer Russen en Chinezen in het hotel verblijven.
