Konum çok iyiydi. Otel temizdi. Yatak rahattı.

The location was good and the breakfast was good

Cons:

We were told the breakfast finished at 10 but when we went it had actually finished at 930 and there was no effort made to correct it. The room was okay, quite small, I also wouldn't really call this a hotel, it's a hostel with private rooms available. It was okay for the price but wouldn't stay again.

El personal era muy frío, como desganado, excepto una chica que estaba de tarde, que ella sí fue muy simpática y nos explicó con mucho entusiasmo que podíamos hacer en la ciudad. Nos ofrecieron usar la heladera de la recepción para guardar nuestras cosas porque la habitación no cuenta con frigobar, y cuando fuimos a guardarlas, la chica de la noche nos dijo que era de uso del personal, y las terminó guardando pero de mala gana, cero amabilidad. Sentimos que no estaban capacitados para tratar con turistas, pero tampoco es que lo pasamos mal, solo que podrían ser más entusiastas y cordiales dada la actividad que realizan.
El desayuno muuuy básico, demasiado. No tiene frutas, no tiene medialunas, el jugo de naranja súper aguado, el fiambre tenes que solicitarlo al personal, y las empleadas que atienden el desayuno, se sentaban a desayunar todas juntas antes de que termine el servicio, con lo cual, ni te atendían, ni limpiaban las mesas para las personas que aún seguían llegando en horario.
En líneas generales podría decir que tiene muchas cosas por mejorar, y que nosotros no somos muy exigentes, pero a lo mejor para otras personas que sí lo sean, no sea un lugar de lo más recomendable..

The location was good and central. The breakfast has a good selection. The staff is nice.

Cons:

It was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor and on the bed. We could hear everything from our neighbors and also the noise coming from the main street was bothering us all night. The mattress was a nightmare, after just one night we suffer from back pain.
