OK hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Good location, at one end of the Main Street.

Cons:

Pricey for what it is. Noisey room, no opening window except onto the outdoor walkway, which is overlooked by people walking past.
Check in took forever and felt I like a naughty school kid. “Breakfast is 06:30-09:30, not 5 mins before or 5mins after” “use the small towels for cleaning your face, not the large ones, we don’t want makeup etc on the large ones” “make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions”.

Pros:

Very good and friendly staff, thoroughly explained the property and surrounding area.
The location is about 10-15min walk from main streets. The room is quiet and clean.

Estuvo bien, pero tienen mucho para mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, especialmente para el que cuenta con movilidad propia. Las habitaciones están bien, mas bien estandar. El personal a cargo del desayuno es muy amable, lo mismo el personal de limpieza.

Cons:

El personal de la recepción (algunos de ellos, no todos) podría mejorar sus modales, ser mas profesionales. En particular tuve inconvenientes con la reserva, debido al paro nacional, algunos del grupo no pudieron llegar a tiempo y perdieron dos noches. Si bien la reserva estaba hecha como No reembolsable, y se entiende bien lo que eso significa, hubo una falta de empatía total por parte del establecimiento al respecto. Claramente no tienen una orientación a la satisfacción del cliente. Por eso no podría recomendar usar este establecimiento.
