Rooms have mist odor, beds are uncomfortable, bathroom is way outdated floor is unsafe, air conditioning is barley working
Many insects bites while sleeping

Staff was very friendly enjoyed staying there helpful and shopping list walking distant I don’t mind going back there

It was close to beach and pool was excellent

Beautiful hidden spot. Great excuse to do nothing but relax just what we needed. Restaurant to eat and drink in with great prices. Would love to come back with friends.

Always stay at Bakung Beach Resort when in transit on surf trips. Cheap, always clean, safe and secure, never had anything go missing, nice pool. For the price I can’t fault it. The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

This was an old hotel that needs upgrades. Have to walk stairs to room. Times missing and old to pool.
It’s run down.
Bathroom door wouldn’t shut.
It’s ok for the price. Reminds me of old motels in Australia. We stayed in 5 star hotels prior to this: so don’t expect the same.
We didn’t stay overnight, but booked to spend the day in Kuta prior to midnight flight. Showered and then home.

Cancelled my booking! I booked 2 nights so i could check in early rather than wait for a 2pm check in. Cancelled my booking as thought I was a no show. At time of booking even had conversation through Expedia to hotel to NOT cancel my booking. Luckily they werent full, so I could still get a room. Learn to understand what your customer is seeking!!!

The hotel was okay, but they'd closed the poolbar and one wing was under constant renovation which was quite loud.

Considero que el lugar es sucio, las toallas olian muy mal y no las cambian durante l estancia, los baños sucios y con muy mal olor. Buena atención pero las condiciones del hotel muy sucias.

For the price it was ok. Had to change rooms due to ammonia smell from the bathroom. Next room was better, but found mould on the curtains and walls. Had a kettle - but no coffee, tea or cups so we could make our own. Breakfast was a bit repetitive each morning. Pool was great, but pool bar wasn't being used. Location was good with eateries, bars and shopping mall in a short walk away. Overall it looked a bit tired, but you get what you pay for.

I'm sorry would never come here again. The cleaning is the worst I have ever seen. Bathroom had mould everywhere. The sheets on bed are torn, staffleft door unlocked after what they called cleaning. The pool area was sutch bad condition brocken decking with nials sticking out holes which I fell twice. The worst I have ever seen. Have photos to back up statement.
