Good hotel, average reception service.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and probably best value in town however the service desk just can’t seem to get things right. Two taxis order, hotel taxi driver was asleep and delayed me 20 minutes for my flight. My friend ordered a taxi which didn’t arrive for his flight. My son left something in his room, called, emailed multiple times and told it would be sorted but nothing happened

We liked the hospitality and accessibility to VISA application center. Breakfast was having amazing vegetarian options and with live music. We were offered evening lounge access with drinks and food, and food was really tasty.

It was a safe, comfortable amd enjoyable stay. Restaurant staff were friendly & alert to guests needs. Interacted with Pastry Chef Ms Vinitha Sri. Compliments for her culinary skills, pastries were delicious, presentation was awesome, range of pastry options amazing. However few guests were seen wasting food.
