Bisschen runtergekommen aber nicht dramatisch
Todas las comidas perfectas, me gustaron mucho las actuaciones nocturnas y la animación que había en la piscina.
Mejoraría que en el bar de la piscina se limpiaran mejor las mesas. También pondría unos tendederos portátiles en la pared de esos plegables para tender la ropa mojada.
I really enjoyed the view from the window — it was absolutely stunning. A special thank you to the cleaning staff; everything was very clean and tidy. The food was delicious, plentiful, and varied. The entertainment programmes for both children and adults were very interesting and enjoyable.
Overall, thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality!

Beach front and close to local restaurants.
The Junior suite isn't worth the money.
The swimming pool and commons were overcrowded. Huge queue to go to eat. Don't spend the extra money for the gold package. It doesn't really offer something special.
But the worst of all was the buffet. Really mediocre food, recycled from meal to meal, with a lot of unhealthy options and blunt food.

Our room was the sea view and it had a spacious terrace.
Service, the service wasn’t good at all. Since we arrived our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, I went to the cleaner who was cleaning other rooms and asked her to give me clean towels and some bottled water and some coffee for the room. All inclusive, lunch time they don’t serve coffee, all coffee machines were covered not in service, however they have bar in the corner and people take beer and all sort of drink from there to their table, I asked cup of coffee, they said I am not allowed to have coffee in lunch area, I have to come out to the corridor area where they have tables sit there to have cup of coffee but not inside the restaurant where they serve food, I grabbed piece of cake and walked towards corridor to have it with coffee , the manager in front of the door didn’t allow me to take the piece of cake out, she said not allowed to take the plate, however you have to put your cake into the napkin if you want to have it at the bar like a begger, I never seen such service in my life, all over the world in the resorts and hotels wherever dessert there is coffee or wherever they serve coffee there is dessert, how you can have piece of cake in main restaurant and walk out 5 steps and have coffee alone? Usually the hotels try their best that clients feel comfortable and have a relaxed holiday rather then making uncomfortable situations saying you can wrap in the napkin and eat at the bar. What sort of services have no clue. No one smiles, the waiters just clean the tables but under the table no one cleans, there are bunch of food and cake under your feet.
Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico soggiorno all'Hotel Puente Real. La struttura si trova in una splendida posizione proprio di fronte al mare, situata in una zona piacevole e abbastanza tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca il giusto equilibrio tra relax e comodi collegamenti.
L'hotel è dotato di un'ottima area piscina. Noi abbiamo optato per la formula All Inclusive e la scelta si è rivelata eccellente: lo staff è sempre estremamente gentile, solare e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La ristorazione ci ha sorpresi positivamente: il cibo è sempre vario a ogni pasto e, da famiglia italiana, possiamo dire a pieni voti di averlo approvato!
Un altro punto di forza notevole è la logistica. La stazione ferroviaria più vicina (Los Álamos) si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi: da lì è semplicissimo e comodissimo raggiungere il centro di Málaga in circa 20 minuti, viaggiando a prezzi davvero molto accessibili.
Consigliatissimo per famiglie e per chiunque voglia esplorare la zona senza rinunciare alla comodità del tutto incluso sul mare!
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, duży wybór potraw
Todo el conjunto del hotel,su accesibilidad,la cercanía a la playa,la habitación amplia y cómoda,un balcón con buenas vistas al mar.
El trato del personal de 10,desde la recepción, a todo el personal del comedor, socorrista, animación,camareros el servicio de limpieza.
Desde el primer momento nos dieron facilidades para todo, íbamos con una silla de ruedas y nos cambiaron la habitación a una adaptada, en el comedor nos reservaron nuestra mesa para que estuviéramos cómodos,el socorrista en la piscina igual y la animación siempre pendientes por si queríamos participar,lo recomiendo y para ir con niños fenomenal,no se van a aburrir.
Mil gracias al chef y a todo el personal de cocina soy alérgica y desde el minuto uno me dijeron lo que podía comer y si necesitaba algo solo lo tenía que pedir.
