Kantinenniveau beim Essen, essen nicht hochwertig, Poolsituation unmöglich. Die Fotos auf der Bookingseite entsprechen leider nicht der Realität....sehr sehr viele Betten ganz eng beieinander. Pool öffnet erst ab 10 Uhr,das geht gar nicht!!! Und da sind schon alle Betten belegt von den Gästen die um 6 Uhr runter gehen 👎

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. We also liked the entertainment team, who organized unique activities unlike anything we had experienced before. Their creativity was impressive, and we really enjoyed the original shows they created and performed themselves.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the food. Breakfast was acceptable but exactly the same every day. Lunch and dinner were either bland or so salty that they were impossible to eat. Meat and fish were dry and overcooked, while many other dishes were excessively greasy.

The desserts were also disappointing, with very little variety and an artificial taste. The jelly tasted unnatural, the fruit selection was limited, and many desserts seemed low quality.

The pools were cold, service around the pool was very slow, and drinking water was only available from dispensers.

The hotel seemed overcrowded for its size. Even at the beginning of the season, it was almost impossible to find a sunbed by the pool, and waiting for the elevators often took a long time.

The staff's attitude was another major disappointment. We were given a broken bed that collapsed on our last night. Reception promised to send someone, but nobody came. In the end, we had to move the bed frame onto the balcony ourselves and sleep on the mattress.

The hotel feels outdated and in need of renovation. Access to the outdoor restaurant seating required an extra payment for the Golden Club package, and the hotel does not provide any sunbeds on the beach at all.

Overall, the hotel falls well below the standard expected of a four-star property. The price does not reflect the quality, and it often felt as though the focus was on charging extra rather than providing a good guest experience.

Un peu tout, la nourriture, quantité mais pas la qualité ,les cocktails vraiment vite fait, mal fait , J'ai pris tout compris, c'est peut-être pour ça !?
Et pas la haute saison !! Du 3 au 9 Mai 2026, mais beaucoup de monde.
Désolé, j'ai beaucoup aimé,tout ce qui à au Tour,mais pas l'hôtel.3 jours ,là marque de deux verres sont restés sur la table de la chambre, la poussière sous le lit !!!
Ca mérite pas 4 étoiles,
Surtout, il faut faire de rénovations

Pyszny i piękny pobyt!
Pros:

Lokalizaca super, jedzenie pyszne, różnorodne, czystość duży plus, kelnerzy uśmiechnięci i pomocni.

Cons:

Zajmowanie leżaków ręcznikami i brak rekacji obsługi. Leżaki puste"porezerwowane",a turyści, którzy rzeczywiście chcieli korzytać z basenu nie mieli gdzie się położyć... Obsługa powinna niedopuszczać do tego.
