Bardzo ładne miejsce. Personel bardzo miły . Pokoje czyste z klimatyzacją. Obsługa na recepcji bardzo bardzo cierpliwa i pomocna.

Hopeless meals, need to stand in long queues to get food.
Air conditioning is not working, need to keep the windows opened all time.
No tea/coffe set up in the rooms even for all inclusive guests.
The door key card is a joke. Don’t work after using it couple of times. I’ve changed it at least 5 times during our 7 nights stay.
Dust everywhere in the rooms.
Need to pay deposit for everything including towels for swimming pool.
Overall very disappointed
Never book again there
Despite all of these,The staffs are all nice.

The best hotel so far we have been. Great and very creative animation team! Great for kids and adults. We had a great wonderful time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is brilliant. The entertainment staff are amazing all throught the day into the night. They really look after you. Went with 3 other adults. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel by the beach, the pool is very cold though, the view from the room balcony is gorgeous.

The bar staff at the pool bar are excellent, especially Damian who was super helpful and very friendly.

What a first day experience we had. We arrived Saturday 21.03.26 to a long queue at reception which took a while to check in and was told to come back at 3pm for your key card although they told you your room number. We went to look at our apartment block room which was right by the tennis courts with no view front or back. My wife has mobility problems so we went back to reception to ask if we could change room to the main hotel block as the first room was a good walk past the pools to the restaurant ETC. eventually they found a room in the main hotel but we had to pay 78 Euros extra. We went to the room 2422 and unpacked all our luggage then went shopping for water and milk. We always take pictures of the room before unpacking which was a very nice room. We were out of the room 1 hour and on our return we had a shock. On the first bed there was an opened condom on the bed. Someone had obviously been in our room and we were not very pleased. We went to reception to complain and they sent a staff member up to have a look, the manager also got involved. We headed back to reception and they said everything is ok now we have removed the condom. We were furious and demanded they swop our room again as someone else had gained entry and we did not feel safe. They eventually gave us another room 2412 and a refund on the upgrade. Apart from that shocking incident on the first day we did enjoy our stay but like a lot of other reviews the food for lunch and dinner was well below par and Luke warm at best. Due to the first day incident and the food we will not be returning to this hotel.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Hotel Puente Real. I stayed with my mother and teenage daughter.

Pros: Staff are some of the best we've experienced, especially the staff in the restaurant. So, so helpful and hardworking.

Restaurant food is of decent quality, what you'd expect for that value for money.

Rooms are clean and tidy. We had a seventh floor sea view room. It was lovely listening to the sea every night.

Location good for walking, although a little bit far out of Torremolinos for my mum who has a mobility issue, but the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

The pool snack bar is excellent, everything is cooked fresh to order, but queues at it are expected.

Great value for money!

Cons: The reception needs more staff. They are fantastic and helpful, there just isn't enough for the size of the hotel. Queues are massive, I queued approx 30 mins on two separate occasions.

The restaurant is really busy at peak times. It can be overwhelming.

We were disappointed with how cold the pool was, it was freezing. It actually gave me pains in my legs!

The indoor entertainment space is extremely dated, and needs an upgrade.

The gym is also very small, not brilliant.

Unfortunately there are some clientele who take the all inclusive drinks too far. There were several people over our stay who probably shouldn't have been served at the bar. This is not the hotel's fault, but it is a bit annoying with so many little kids.

Very good location, near the beach, good vibes surrounding the hotel. Nice and clean swimming pool but in April too cold water for swimming 🤢. Food is not delicious but good. Staff are doesn't speak English but friendly.next time I will learn Spanish any way.

Lovely dance and Saray and Celia was the best entertaining us every evening. Amazing .
