So beeindruckend Architektur und Therme sind – wenn man sich während des Aufenthalts wiederholt mit Serviceproblemen aus
Pros:

Die Architektur der Anlage ist außergewöhnlich gelungen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne, sodass man das Gefühl hat, ein kleines Stück Natur ganz für sich zu haben. Die ruhige Lage mitten im Wald ist traumhaft – bei offener Terrassentür hört man ausschließlich Vogelgezwitscher. Der Infrarot-Stuhl im Zimmer war sehr angenehm. Der Bademantelgang zur Therme ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Therme selbst ist schön gestaltet, mit angenehm hoher Luft- und Wassertemperatur. Die Aufgüsse sind qualitativ sehr gut und liebevoll durchgeführt.

Cons:

Trotz voll aufgedrehter Heizung wurde das Zimmer nicht richtig warm. Zudem gab es schwarze Flecken an der Duschwand sowie im WC-Bereich – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend. Die Terrasse wirkte ungepflegt (schmutzige Liegen, Laub, umgestellte Möbel).
Der Zimmerservice funktionierte nicht zuverlässig: Handtücher und Reinigung mussten über ein Tablet bestellt werden, was mehrfach nicht klappte. Wir mussten täglich telefonisch nachfragen, damit Handtücher gebracht oder das Zimmer gereinigt wurde.
Ab 21 Uhr ist ausschließlich die Lounge-Bar geöffnet – mit lediglich drei Hauptgerichten zur Auswahl. Bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt ist das sehr eingeschränkt.
Auch die Organisation am Abreisetag ist problematisch: Die Schließfächer befinden sich im Hotelflur, wo es zu Engpässen kommt. Man zieht sich dort ohne Kabinen, Spiegel oder Waschbecken um – was wenig komfortabel ist

Sehr Schöne Sauna Aufgüsse 👍 super zum erholen
Pros:

Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Casino auf einem Berg. Super schöne Hotel Anlage mit Zimmern (durch die Hanglage geht das Hotel quasi nach unten und nicht in die Höhe 👍). Einen schönen Wellness und Sauna Bereich und super tolle Aufgüsse 🫶 sehr zu empfehlen für eine entspannte Auszeit

Cons:

Umkleide Situation für Hotelgäste vor Check in. Es waren zwar große schränke vorhanden, allerdings muss man sich im Flur vor den Schränken umziehen. Nur durch eine „umkleide“ mit 3 Vorhängen ist etwas Sichtschutz vorhanden. Klar geht man in die Sauna sehen die Leute einen sowieso nackt. Aber möchte vllt nicht jeder Gast in die Sauna, sondern nur in den Schwimmbereich. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört 🤷🏼‍♂️

Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel and the Thermae team were exceptional, providing outstanding service throughout. Our room was perfect in every way — it honestly couldn’t have been better. The breakfast was excellent, and every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. Without a doubt, this was our best stay ever.
