De welnes en het hotel
Dat sommige onderdelen niet open waren
Uitgebreig ontbijt, vriendelijk ersoneel en een badkamer die proper was en vanalles voorzien
een Detail, we hadden liever een kamer korter bij de wellness gehad. Verdiep -1 of -2. Het was onze eerste keer. Mss als we dat gevraagd hadden dat het wel mogelijk was geweest.

Gezellige kamer, proper, er stond een shiatsu massagestoel op de kamer die je gratis kon gebruiken. De zwembaden zijn heerlijk, genoeg plaats overal, heerlijke tuin… je kan altijd gaan eten in badjas

Plusieurs petites choses mais notre séjour a été fantastique :
- nous avons été un peu déçu parce que nous devions quitter la chambre à 11h00 mais le déjeuner était à partir de 10h00. Vers 10h45, nous avons donc quitté le déjeuner mais notre badge ne fonctionnait plus pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre où nous avions laissé nos valises. Nous avons donc dû retourner à la réception pour expliquer le problème. La réceptionniste nous a "offert" 10 minutes pour accéder à la chambre, alors qu'en fait nous étions évidemment encore dans les temps puisqu'il n'était pas 11h00. Le check out est à revoir...
- le personnel ne parle pas français alors qu'ils sont situés à moins de 30 minutes de la frontière, ce qui était un peu dommage.
- nous aurions apprécié des musiques douces à l'intérieur des saunas. Comme il n'y avait pas de bruit de fond, nous entendions les personnes parler à l'extérieur.
Too less for the value we took the royal and it wasnt spacious and A C in mid when it is super hot did not work , the layout was strange and honestly not worth all the price also tge bathub is a normal bath tub not jacuzzi or whipool

Juste une amande qui a été mise pour fumee dans la chambre alors que c était pas du tout le cas je trouve ça pas correct est pas professionnel du tout mais pour évité des soucis j ai du réglé l amande je ne reviendrais pas

1 van de 4 geboekte dagen was een geheel ontklede dag in de wellness. Daarom daar geen gebruik van gemaakt.
kamer is geweldig , schoon, airco en zalige bedden , mooie schone kamer en douche is perfect ! zwembaden zijn top ook met erg warm weer. ontbijt is perfect . we komen graag terug . Super fijn dat je na een overnachting nog de hele dag gebruik kan maken van de zwembaden en sauna's . Erg vriendelijk personeel

This place is absolutely incredible from the staff to the facilities to the food! The Spa has everything you need and more with two steam rooms, a variety of sauna's of different types and heat, a variety of pools including two from the resorts natural spring - one heated, one cold......it was fantastic. The breakfast had an extremely wide selection and a choice of eating inside or outside. The evening restaurant was brilliant and the food was impeccable. We had the most relaxing time. We are extremely well travelled so loved the nude aspect of the spa facilities also - very respectful and professionally run.
I would have loved the spa to open at 8am and breakfast at 7am, as I'm an early riser but this is just me being picky. I enjoyed sitting on the patio with a coffee for an hour admiring the amazing view.
