The lack of an elevator and the large number of stairs made it difficult and inconvenient to reach the rooms, especially for moving luggage.

Pros:

Konum gayet iyiydi, hem metroya hem de tarihi şehre yakındı. Bina çok güzeldi: eski tuğla bir bina. Ayrıca temizdi, istemeseniz de her gün temizliyorlar :) Çok şık bir avlusu var. Yazın çok keyifli olabilir ama kışın inanılmaz soğuk.

Cons:

Otel çok soğuktu. Klima çalışmıyordu. Sigara içmek için sıcak bir yer yoktu. Geceleri çok üşüdük. Personel inanılmaz suratsızdı, İngilizce hiç bilmiyorlar, asla selam dahi vermiyorlar. Kahvaltı yoktu.

Великолепный отель
Pros:

Адрес шикарный, но с парковкой сложно, как и в любом центре, любого города, ночью ездят машины и их слышно, но я сам городской житель и мне не мешало, очень приятный дворик, в самом центре Тбилиси, жили на 5 этаже, там есть веранда с видом на множество красивых объектов, за эту цену я не знаю, что может быть лучше, гостиница старая, но ухоженная, некоторые моменты требуют ремонта, но в целом, за эту стоимость в 75 лари за номер в сутки, лучше представить не мог, так же уборка в номере каждый день, что ооочень порадовало

В целом все отлично, еще вернемся!
Pros:

Отличное расположение, до парка Рике пара минут ходьбы. Наверху есть терраса, о куда открывается классный вид на весь старый город. В номерах очень тепло, есть посуда и чайник, уборка каждый день. Уютный двор, летом посидеть будет одно удовольствие.

Cons:

Отель не новый, местами обшарпан, но для любителей аутентичной старины самое то:) лестницы довольно крутые, лифта нет, на верхние этажи может быть проблематично подниматься пожилым.

Pros:

Отель находится почти в самом сердце старого Тбилиси. Зайдя на территорию отеля продаешь в старенький уютный дворик. Просто прелесть. Мы были на новый год. А летом я думаю вообще прелесть. Эти старенькие лестницы и балконы делают из этого отеля изюминку. Прекрасный вид . Номера тоже чистые и довольно просторные До метро Авлабари 5 минут пешком. В общем если не придератьсч то все очень не плохо.

Cons:

Немного докучали маленькие муравьи. Все время пытались что то утащить.))))
