Mercure Chur City West
Pros:

I booked for two nights with a friend and it was a great choice to stay.
Well connected with bus number 6 just from train station to the hotel, or bus 10/11/12 which will drop off on the road over the hotel in front of Burger King.
They send also the Chur free public transport the day before via email which is free of charge.
Upon check-in, the lady at reception was very friendly; a friendliness that was not artificial, and seemed to be very honest, which I appreciate nowdays.
Room was on fourth floor corner, overlooking the lovely mountain of Canton Grison.
I loved the nespresso machine in the room and all was well set.
We did also apply for green key skip the clean, where you can leave a small bag outside the room door handle ,and in exchange we received biscuits in order to skip the clean for the first night.
We enjoyed our stay even more due to less tourists in this time of the year.
Chur old town is a cozy town to relax .

Pros:

Very nice and clean room, spacious and luminous. Great and helpful staff.

It’s a bit far from the city, but there’s a bus stop and the train station (city west).

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

We liked our spacious room with plenty of light, comfortable beds and tea and coffee making facilities. It was also very convenient to have a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The food was ok, but it would have been nice to have a slightly wider variety of options for breakfast.

Perfect for a night
Pros:

The hotel is on the edge of town, but easily walkable in 20 minutes or use the bus as it stops right outside. Plus we had an unexpected bonus of free travel passes with our room. Well equipped rooms, lots of room amenities. Very helpful staff. Limited selection for breakfast, but enough to get us started for the day.

Beautiful views, beautiful Hotel
Pros:

We stayed in Chur for the night as we were getting the Bernina Express the next morning. Absolutely beautiful place and this hotel was fabulous. Staff friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Access to everything needed.
Free bus service right outside, shopping centre next door and food places near by also.
We didnt eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.
Room was big, modern, clean and comfortable and the views were breathtaking!
Wish we would of booked longer so we could appreciate them more .
