Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage mit grosszügigen Parkplätzen. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück nicht 4-Sterne-würdig. Das Rührei war wenig ansprechend, frischer Schnittlauch fehlte und als einziges Gemüse standen lediglich kleine Cherrytomaten zur Verfügung. Der Aufschnitt wirkte teilweise bereits angetrocknet.
Im Zimmer funktionierte die Lampe in der Dusche nicht und hing zudem aus der Decke. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, und die Temperatur konnte man leider auch nicht manuell regulieren. Die Lüftung lief die ganze Nacht hörbar, was den Schlaf beeinträchtigte.
Erst auf erneute Nachfrage habe ich schliesslich eine Rechnung vom Hotel erhalten.

A Comfortable, Modern Stay with Mountain Views in Chur
Pros:

If you don’t do modern hotels it’s time to change your mind.

We stayed at the Hotel Mercure in Chur, Switzerland for one night and had a great experience. The hotel is around a 5–7 minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk from Chur station. It’s part of a shopping mall complex, but don’t let the modern exterior put you off — once inside, it feels comfortable and well thought out.

Our room had beautiful mountain views and offered all the modern comforts you’d expect: air conditioning, plenty of power sockets, electric window blinds, and clean, contemporary design throughout. Everything felt fresh and well maintained.Bed was super comfortable.

A pleasant surprise was the restaurant on the 2nd floor, which was both affordable and very good. We paid CHF 22 for spaghetti bolognese and CHF 8 for a glass of red wine, which is excellent value for Switzerland.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and guests also benefit from discounts on local buses and cable cars, which is a nice added bonus.

Overall, a great stay — comfortable, modern, good value, and well located for exploring Chur and the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended.

O fato de estar localizado na frente do ponto final de uma linha de ônibus que vai até a estação rodoferroviária e de estar praticamente anexo a um shopping.
Bastante confortável também as instalações.

Cons:
