Poor because a nice comfortable room didn't have a warm bathroom.
Pros:

Room was warm once I turned the radiator up.

Cons:

Bathroom cold due to not having a radiator.
Heat would have helped if the towel rail which was electric and timer controlled.

Great stop off location
Pros:

Very friendly staff but it can be a little noisy at night if you are staying in a room for the night. Rooms are nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Great location with lots of shops, pubs, restaurants and bakeries (Great Job)

Great location for travelling up to Scotland (half way for us)

always have a nice warm welcome all the staff ( family) are very nice and friendly. Food is excellent breakfast and dinner. The facilities for motorcycles are not matched anywhere that I know
