Great value nice stay next to Hokkaido University
Pros:

Very good. Convenient to Hokkaido University and walkable to more points of interest. Cabs everywhere too. Clean. Room had what was needed and tub was deep!

Cons:

The heat and AC things seemed labeled backwards, but the staff came up and helped us. There was one fellow I suspect we might have annoyed with our clueless Americanness but he was impeccably polite and helpful, so I go with excellent staff. Not the amenities of some bigger hotels, but that was fine.

Pros:

Good vending machine, nice staff. Comfy room.

Cons:

Returning the key to the reception and retrieving it every time I walked out was a bit annoying. The laundry machine did not get my clothes clean with the prescribed detergent pack.

北海道大学（特に病院）に用事のある方は目の前が大学で便利です！
Pros:

建物は新しい感じはしませんでしたが、フロントの方も丁寧で、設備などは交換して綺麗なものになっています。

Cons:

同じエリアの他のホテルと比べると若干割高感がありました。それだけです。

Pros:

部屋も綺麗で清潔感があり、最小限の生活空間が丁度良い感じでした。
トイレの蓋が構造ミスなのか、座るとゆっくり閉まってきてふんわり背中を優しく押される感じでちょっとクスッとして楽しませて頂きました。

Cons:

有料で良いのでお水を置いてくれてたら嬉しいなと思いました。

充分満足
Pros:

急な滞在でよく調べずに、雪で歩きにくい歩道を札幌駅から歩いてしまい大変でしたが、コンビニも地下鉄入口もすぐ近くにあり、翌日チェックアウト後の行動はスムーズでした。ベッドの寝心地がとても良かったです。

Pros:

Just opposite of Hokudai entrance. The bed is very comfortable. Beware during winter since it’s a little further from the city grid. The snow accumulates very high. Free coffee at the working space area.

ビジネスホテルとして良い方だと思います
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーが良かったです。コーヒー好きな自分には有り難いサービスでした。
部屋の清掃（特に水回り）がしっかりされているのも高評価です。
部屋に電子レンジがあるので、すぐそばのコンビニで夜食を仕入れて楽しんでいました。

Cons:

北大病院の目の前なので、夜に救急車のサイレンが気になる方がいるかも知れません。
（寒冷地仕様の窓なので音が通りにくく、ほぼ気にならない程度に抑えられていますが）
ススキノのような繁華街からは離れているので、夜に飲み歩きたい方には辛い所ですね。
