Pros:

Just opposite of Hokudai entrance. The bed is very comfortable. Beware during winter since it’s a little further from the city grid. The snow accumulates very high. Free coffee at the working space area.

ビジネスホテルとして良い方だと思います
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーが良かったです。コーヒー好きな自分には有り難いサービスでした。
部屋の清掃（特に水回り）がしっかりされているのも高評価です。
部屋に電子レンジがあるので、すぐそばのコンビニで夜食を仕入れて楽しんでいました。

Cons:

北大病院の目の前なので、夜に救急車のサイレンが気になる方がいるかも知れません。
（寒冷地仕様の窓なので音が通りにくく、ほぼ気にならない程度に抑えられていますが）
ススキノのような繁華街からは離れているので、夜に飲み歩きたい方には辛い所ですね。

Hyvä valikoima oheistuotteita. Lämmin. Hyvä sänky.

満足です。
Pros:

地下鉄の駅から歩いて近いのと、コンビニもセブンイレブンとファミマもあり便利です。
コーヒーマシーンがフリースペースやフロントに置いてあり気兼ねなく利用できます。私は、美味しくいただきました。
また、利用したいと思います。

Cons:

テーブルとイスがありますがテーブルと椅子の高さがあっていなかったので使いにくかった。

Pros:

前台的24小時服務以及研磨咖啡不間斷，另外07:00-23:00可以在二樓的公共空間自己帶電腦去使用，每個座位都有電源，整屋子的Wi-Fi非常強勁，屋內空氣流通很好，床鋪特別舒服！還有Netflex、YouTube的平面電視！
