Cons:

Das Bett war benutzt, keine saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher . Durch den late Check in konnte auch nicht nachgebessert werden. Das Personal vor Ort hat eine Rückerstattung versprochen, bis heute keine Info erhalten. Geht gar nicht.

The location was excellent, with the zoo and public transport links just a short distance away. It was also within easy walking distance of the Old Town, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area.

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und ist auf jedes Bedürfnis eingegangen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem.

Zimmer, Bad, Balkon gut, tagsüber sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, abends aber niemand da.
Pros:

Das Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Schminkspiegel, Dusche.
Balkon mit abgetrennter Sitzgelegenheit.

Cons:

Keine Bar, es gab zwar einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken, der jedoch abgeschlossen war. Die Rezeption ist abends nicht mehr besetzt und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gab es keine Gastronomie, wo man abends später noch einkehren konnte.

Pleasurable and enjoyable
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely superb one of the best meals of the day. Very happy with the room, ( unfortunately the air-conditioning was not working but the large windows/doors onto the balcony allowed for sufficient cool breeze in the evening.
The room was very spacious including the bath room.
Would fully recommend a stay at this hotel and being so close to the centre of the city made trips out on foot/bike and car very simple and easy.
Look forward to staying again.

Car park on sit to fit a larger vehicle.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, wirklich gutes Frühstück, auch für mich als Ketolini sehr gut geeignet. Bei Problemen wurde sehr zeitnah geholfen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentrumsnah und auch der Zoo ist im die Ecke. Ich persönlich komm gern wieder.
