Pros:

テレビが使いにくく、何度修理しても正常化しなかった。そのために、毎日無駄な時間を費やした。あとは、他人のルームサービスの食器が長時間廊下に出たままで、見苦しかった。
チェックアウトが12時で便利。最終日、1時間延長したいと言ったら、チャージなしでokだった。

I like the property & room were desant. Garden area was good

Cons:

1- staff communication was very bad & what I told I didn't get it.

2- being a vegitarian very limited option they had. For the non-veg many option were their.

3 - for a special decorations first I called & conform with them and I told if it was completely then do it and if it's any charge for it so please dont do it.. Evn I mailed for that also with booking.com.

I just got few ballons & flowers in the 1 room only. & finally during payment they charged me 25$ for that.. It was very disappointing for me..
