Self contained apartment in central Wellington
Pros:

Great self contained apartment in central Wellington. Facilities to cook meals with a stove top and microwave. We went out for meals but did make our own breakfast. Good sized bathroom and comfortable bed.
Great accommodation but quite dated and could do with some renovation.
Parking is available off-site @ $35 per 24 hours.

Cons:

maybe some updating of the decor

Pros:

The shower pressure.

Cons:

There was swelling in the room around the windows that had been puttied up and painted over (this indicated a previous leak that had been poorly fixed), the smell of the room was musty and damp, noisey from surroundings, no air conditioning, the walls had random patches of wood that covered damage by the looks of things. Very poorly looked after building. I was coughing throughout the night and in the morning - Building seems unlivable.
