Pros:

Location and reception team were great.
Facilities and cleanliness in the room I was allocated was below standard of a Mantra, Accor or Booking.com property

Cons:

Badly stained bedroom carpet, bathroom had musty smell, missing cupboard doors in kitchenette, unclean sheets.
I was given another room and was a better standard, with comfortable bed with clean sheets. This room still had stained bedroom carpet and blocked sink in bathroom

The worst Mantra / Murcure we have stayed at.
Pros:

The bed and location

Cons:

No parking, No breakfast on site when we paid for it when booking and if we still wanted it we had to walk to another hotel for it. The cheap room heaters with No safety tags.

Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

Noisy as right behind carpark, bad internet, very limited wi-fi, holes in walls where there possibly could have been appliances before, not covered. Banging inside building at 5am, not sure from where. No indication that access doors are locked after 7pm. If I didnt happen to get back when I did, and personel were not attending a guest at the time I would probably not have been able to access the hotel to check in easily. Important to know for late check ins if desk is not manned 24/7

I'll be back 😁
Pros:

It is super central. It was a last minute booking and I'm glad. The receptionist was very kind. I arrived missing my debit card but everything was sorted and he was lovely & patient through it all. Everything was also near by, I didn't need to drive anywhere until we checked out. Had a lovely night walk through the city, absolutely loved it. The heaters were good too.

Cons:

Not the property itself but the location (weirdly) is very central, I should've expected to hear alot of people and busyness during the night. Was quite surprised given it was a Tuesday however, it didn't affect my stay.

Pros:

Central location, comfy beds, staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Chaise Lounge has seen better days and was very uncomfortable to sit on - but then we didn't come to Wellington to sit around all day... and the other amenities made up for the uncomfortable couch

Pros:

Location, and 1 of the receptionist. Who was a male

Cons:

Not cleaned properly, ran out of toilet paper. Female receptionist not helpful. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was more like a motel

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, great communicators and provided lovely service. The rooms themselves were quite old and didn't function fully, however the employees helped solve all of the issues I had.

Cons:

The out dated utilities
